I want my docs! NOW!

It will be an interesting weekend at the Ferrara household. There are so many people testing at our TKD school this month the test had to be split. So I'm testing tonight. Keith is testing tomorrow night. In between (Sat. Morning), we have the school's annual sparring tournament, which Keith and I will participate in, for the first time. It's single elimination...

Anyhow, Sunday night we have tickets to see Yanni in concert. That I can't wait for!

If I blank out on my form tonight I quit!

Lisa (TKD Lisa, not Stacey's evil twin) -- where are you when I need you??? Or scuba Jim / Matt...who else here is doing TKD? I forget.

If you get any e-mails tonight from wife, you might not want to open them.

I do believe you're yankin' my chain though. A 50lb machine?? Yeah, right, that thing looks a LOT heaver than 50 pounds! Heck, we get softener salt that is 40# and it's MUCH smaller than that machine!!

If something that size is only 50lbs, what's it made of? Marshmallows?

I'm sure you will do fine. Enjoy the sparring tournament. This is the first time that Matt had single elimination. You too can be a Top Gun. Just don't lose.

Ok, here's my lovely day. School with Nick in the morning. At 11 I leave to pick up KT in Delaware, eat at McDogfoods, then to rehearsal where Nick does horrible (and that's not just proud mom speaking!) No one could hear him, he stood like a tree, and picked at his butt! Doesn't everyone want to see Christopher Robin picking his butt??

Ok, come home, take the dog out. Check her wound--it's all gooey and has sticky drainage on it. The incision is red and there is obvious swelling all around. Call the vet. They say come right over. Here she got too active last night (she did "retriever gone wild" in the kitchen and freaked out.)

So...now I have to keep her in the crate almost ALL the time, give her a sedative twice a day and do warm compresses to her wound several times a day. The vet said (and she prefaced it with "I don't want to scare you but")...she said if it gets worse it will dehisce (split open)

LOVELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kicking myself for letting her be too active last night! Like I need this.

Oh, and there is NO way her stitches will come out next Wednesday as planned. ....MAYBE next Friday, but more than likely the following Monday! So that means collar on that whole time too! WAAAA!

Yea it's always his fault. Some how he broke your computer while you were using it. Sorry, but the guys have to stick together on this one.

PS: the virus line is one all guys use when we just don't know. Right now our computer has two virsus. I don't know how to fix them and really don't want to. Fixing them would only take away any excuse I have.

I did "touch" it. If you want to call rebooting it a malicious act, then I'm guilty!!

HI EVERYBODY !!!!

Gosh its been days and days since I've been on the thread.

How is everyone? Any breaking news? I'm not about to go over the past week and a half of pages way too many. Chatty chatty people

We have to cancel our resis for the pirate cruise on the black pearl. No way to get DD2 watched. apparently the nursery is in two hours increments only. Something better will come along.

Wow its almost Thanksgiving. Not in the least ready for this one. Mom, dad and brother are coming over. the landscapers are beginning work on the backyard tomorrow and the clothes monster grew its ugly self back again.

I'm in for a fast weekend....(sigh) Hey that much closer to cruise date.

We've talked about rebooking and possibly getting a group rate....
maybe we should at least start throwing dates out there or times of year....so if we decide to do something we'll all have an idea of when....

I'm already booked for a 7 day eastern, next April 30th. Also the DVC member cruise.

If we're talking 2006, we particularly like the May time frame. Or fall would work ok for us too.

Any others with ideas on when we can have a "family reunion" of sorts?

Denise - Bummer about the pirate ship. We are going to the beach, I want to put my toes in the sand and do nothing for at least 15 minutes.

That is a good idea to look at dates. Are you talking about May '06? If we can get a group discount that would be great.

Speaking of wine...we bottled 60 bottles of the elixer this week. 12 of them are sparkling. Yummer. It is pretty good now, so it should be quite tasty after it ages.

Denise, I think the big news of the week is that some of us are going to meet for morning walks. Starting on deck 4. A group at 7:30 and another at 8:30.
