4 x 4 Beach Trek (4 - 4.5 hours)
Four times the fun! Take the road less traveled on this scenic ride via 4-wheel-drive vehicle. You'll travel off the beaten track to discover out-of-the-way points of interest on the island. The journey takes you through small, quaint villages in the countryside to the wild Atlantic coast of St. Lucia with a 45-minute stop at "The Farm" for rest and refreshment. After your break, the rugged trail heads northeast along rolling hills that reveal exceptional vistas. Then you'll have approximately 1 hour to cool off with a dip in the Atlantic at a secluded beach and enjoy complimentary rum punch and soft drinks.

Tropical Waterfall Experience

Your adventure starts with an 80-minute drive to the historic and quaint town of Soufriere and a visit to the Tropical House. Here, you'll see budgies, hummingbirds and butterflies amid colorful tropical plants, as well as caged boa constrictors and a pond filled with fish. Your next stop is Toraille Waterfall, a breathtaking cascade that plunges from a 50-foot cliff into a natural pool, where you may take a refreshing dip. Or, enjoy a leisurely walk through this enchanting tropical paradise while knowledgeable guides describe the areas fascinating history and natural wonders before you depart for the 80-minute return to the ship.

Caribbean Pirate Extravaganza (4 - 4.5 hours)
Ship's ahoy! This is an experience you'll treasure: It's a unique opportunity to come aboard the Brig Unicorn, the 19th-century tall ship that was featured in Disney's Pirates of the Caribbean, as well as the epic miniseries Roots. You'll set sail on this 140-foot vessel for a 1-hour ride to historic Pigeon Island and the famous Fort Rodney. Once ashore, you'll have 2 hours to enjoy swimming, hiking, sightseeing and even a real pirate's treasure hunt. Back on board for the 1-hour return trip, relax with snacks, rum punch and soft drinks.

Cruise to the Pitons (4 - 4.5 hours)
The peak of excitement! The highlight of this scenic cruise is a visit to the island's magnificent landmark mountains, the volcanic Pitons that rise majestically from the sea. From Castries Harbour, you can enjoy rum punch, soft drinks and light snacks during your 90-minute cruise to Soufriere and the Pitons, passing a number of picturesque landmarks and villages along the way. Your cruise will continue around the Pitons and Jalousie Bay followed by a 90-minute cruise to Anse Cochon, including a short stop for swimming at a secluded bay-remember to bring along your swimwear, towel, and sunblock. Your swim will be followed by a 30-minute cruise into and around Marigot Bay before cruising 45 minutes back to the ship.

It's better down where it's wetter! PADI qualified diving professionals are ready to take you on an unforgettable journey under the sea. Certified divers will enjoy a leisurely and scenic 30-minute cruise along St. Lucia's west coast en route to the dive site. Your destination? The gardens of coral at the Soufriere Marine Reserve and the amazing abundance of aquatic life that lives in this colorful underwater world. This two-tank dive may include either a wreck or a wall dive; each dive will last approximately 35 minutes with a 1-hour break for refreshments between dives.

Saddle up! After a 30-minute bus trip, get ready for the ride of your life at Belle Cheval Stables. You'll receive information and instructions as your riding skills are assessed and a suitable horse is assigned. Your equestrian excursion will be a 2-hour riding adventure on well-trained horses accompanied by skilled and friendly guides. Your outing will include fabulous food and outstanding photo opportunities before it's time to giddy up and travel to the beach, where you can enter the water on your horse or take a dip on your own.

Island Delight (7.5 - 8 hours)
It's delightful and de-lovely! Get a taste of island life on this scenic tour around St. Lucia. Your visit includes stops at charming towns, historic landmarks and natural wonders throughout the island, including crumbling ruins, plantations, waterfalls and gardens. The day starts with a driving tour of the capital city of Castries, with a photo stop overlooking the northwest coast at Morne Fortune. A 1.5-hour trip along the western coast to Soufriere will include a stop at the fishing village of Anse la Raye before arriving at Sulphur Springs for a 30-minute tour the world's only "drive-in volcano," a 40-minute tour of the island's Botanical Gardens and a final stop at The Still Beach Front for a hearty Creole-style buffet lunch round out the itinerary. Your adventure begins with a 20-minute ride to a secluded beach on St. Lucia's north side, where you'll receive instructions before boarding kayaks for the leisurely 30-minute paddle to Pigeon Island National Park. Along the way, you'll see the picturesque fishing village of Gros Islet and a number of the island's resort hotels and luxurious homes. Upon arrival on the Island, partake of the delicious refreshments served and take your pick of a variety of activities during your 1-hour visit: snorkeling, kayaking, swimming and sunning. Hit the trail! Every step you take will reveal another fascinating facet of this beautiful island. After a comfortable 45-minute bus ride to scenic overlooks at Fond d'Or and Dennery Village, you'll depart for the 1.5- hour ride to the Mahout Des Cartier Trail, which includes a stop at Ti Rocher for a tasting of local fruit along the way. During your energizing 1.5-hour hike at the Trail, keep your eyes peeled and you might be lucky enough to spot a Jacquot, a multicolored parrot that is St. Lucia's national bird. After the hike, a picnic buffet will be served before the tour continues with a 45-minute ride to La Tille Estate, a veritable Garden of Eden on the banks of the Mahout River. How sweet it is! This trio of tours will give you a true taste of island life. A short ride takes you to St. Marks, a historic colonial-style house perched high in the hills with a panoramic view. During your 30-minute visit, you'll be treated to Creole-style snacks, rum punch and fruit juice before departing for the 45-minute drive to the next point of interest, the 18th-century La Sikwi Sugar Mill in the quaint fishing village of Anse la Raye. Rather bike than hike? Then this trip is for you: It's a 45-minute cycling adventure that wheels from St. Lucia's rainforest through banana plantations and to the island's stunning Sault Falls. Among the tallest on the island, the falls plunge into a natural pool, the perfect stop for a 20-minute cooling dip and juice break. Along the route, which includes only a few gentle inclines, your experienced and knowledgeable guides will introduce you to the island's natural bounty of coffee, cocoa, nutmeg and cinnamon and invite you to taste many of the delicious fruits grown here.
