Greetings all - checking in at lunch time.

Still snowing here in Chicago so thinking about wam weather, sand and surf is a good thing.

I was on St. John years ago with another cruiseline. It is beautiful. If we weren't doing Sea Trekkin I would consider going back. We'll have to save that for the next cruise ::yes::

Well off to check the rest of the boards.

Wanted to copy this response I got today from Coki Beach. Don't know if Disney has a contract with them or not:

"Thanks for inquiring about the Coki Dive Club. Our web site www.cokidive.com has all our prices. Christmas fall on a
saturday this year. Unless we have a tour from a cruise ship that we have a contract with will try to close to give our
staff time with their families on Christmas day."

Anyway, I guess as it gets closer, we will have a better idea if they are doing any organized snorkel or diving tours.

Linda

:bounce:

I wonder how many other ships will be in port that day. Saturday isn't a usual day for Disney. Hmmmmmmm:confused:

Looked at the Cruise Ship schedule for last year and there were only 3 ships in port on Saturday the 27th.

Wind Spirit
Galaxy
Adventure of the Seas

Guess we'll know when we get closer.

Yep, I agree. It will be easier as we get closer to the date. But, nice to know that Coral World is operating!

Linda

Boy, halfway down the page.

Got to bump us up.

Hope everyone survives the weather if it's bad. For us, it's just gray and gloomy and hovering around 45.

Have a good night. Lisa

Another day done at work :D Actually this was the best day I've had in a long, long time. Got time to organize myself, put things away, etc. It felt really good.

I'm not surprised to find that some things will be closed on Christmas in St. Thomas. I'd much prefer that be a day at sea, but if they did that then we would have to miss one of the ports.

I'm hoping the shops near the dock will be open so we can get a little shopping in. That is, of course, unless we anchor. Didn't get into downtown on our last trip, but did way back when in my early cruising days.

Mary, would you please PM your email address. I found a way to email you the pictures.
Thanks so much,

Barb - PM sent. Can't wait to see them.

Another great addition to the photo gallery!

Lookie, lookie, I finally got around to constructing my counters....
For some reason some of the fields were missing from my signature page and the techies had to do some fixing....YAYYYYYY, they fixed the problem!!

Mary, email sent. I hope it works better this time.

:bounce: Yeah Lynda, your countdown clock works. :bounce:

Barb - got your e-mail and your new picture is now up in the photo gallery!

Now the important question - did you bring any Waterford back for me?

Thanks, that picture is much better than the last one.
After buying the chandelier for the new house, there was little money left to buy other Waterford pieces. Although, I did manage to get a bowl and a wine bottle coaster too. ::yes::

Whew! What a long day...and we're not done yet! Jared has an 8 p.m. ball game...on a school night!

Jordan saw the doctor...tonsilitis & ear infection.

Molly saw the vet, and they drained the gland. Luckily it wasn't infected.
Lynda, you should be a vet! Their answer to the skunk stink was tomato juice or Nature's Miracle....she still stinks though. They really got her in and out fast!! :p

Okay...off to get some dinner, and then the game...which I may actually get to watch this time  :D

Have a nice night. Hopefully, it won't be too late to check in when I get back.

Stacey

Wow! Where is everyone? We were way down at the bottom.
Must be out partying for St Paddy.

Just checking in before I go to the game.

After doing some reading, and reading the posts...I am definitely waiting for a DCL excursion for St Thomas. Don't wan to miss the ship!

See ya later.

Stacey

Where is everyone, out drinking green beer (YUCK!) or eating corned beef and cabbage?!? ::yes::

I think it's going to be a nearly night for me - especially since no one is around and I don't want to talk to myself.

G'night all :wave2:

Just checking in.

Everyone has been extremely quiet tonight. Everyone celebrating St. Patty's day?

Paul

Back from the game. We won, 17-0.

Guess I'm with jilljill...pretty quiet & I'm heading for bed.

HAPPY WONDERFUL THURSDAY MORNING EVERYONE!!!

Good night,
Stacey

:sunny: Good morning everyone! :sunny:

Does look like it was a quiet night on the thread. That's to be expected.

We spent most of last night discussing our May road trip to Disney so didn't get on the thread much. We also have a mini road trip to Michigan next weekend to go to a DIS meet and reuinite with some friends from the DVC Member Cruise.

This weekend is going to be quiet. Need to stay near home as I will most likely to be called into work over the weekend. :(

Well off to check the boards.

Hope everyone has a great day!
