I was just snooping around over on the CA-FL cruise board.... They're up to post 2999 - I was going to 3000 - but decided that I didn't want to help them. I did however notice that they've indexed their posts = would make it easier to find stuff.... of course at this point I doubt we'd have any volunteers to do it.....

Well - working 1-10p today - and then off for 4 days! Just have a bunch of charts to review at home - so it won't be too bad....

DD (Kristin) went back to Morgantown today after a week here.... We had a blast - hard to have one in college.....

DD (Lauren) just finished basketball camp. The coach (Greg White - used to be Marshall's coach and is now at University of Charleston) asked Lauren to be on his Demo team - White's Wizards - she'll get to perform at area college BBall games and such... she is definitely psyched about it!

Well, everyone, tell my DH Kevin Happy 50th! Don't even know if we will hear from him tonight, his cellphone doesn't work from the ocean.

Vicki, I'm an insomniac too. There are nights when I give up and come get on the computer at 1 am. I try not to post here though, don't want everyone to think I'm obsessed.

Well I sometimes wish I could find a post, but it would be hard in this thread. I spent a number of hours trying to make up my own spreadsheet of who's going, so I could reference it when people checked in. Sort of gave up.

Ken, Kevin is handling it well so far. He took up scuba diving with a vengeance, gave up drinking beer, and started working out. As mid-life crisis go, I guess he's having a good one. No Corvette yet, but he did buy a new pick-up truck!

Morning all. We had a nice chat last night. Paul, Mary, and David (who's been Missing In Action from the thread for a while!) were there while I was on.

I downloaded spybot this morning, and am running it right now. It's about 2/3 done, and has found 47 entries of spyware I pulled DD over to the computer, and showed her them. She said "hmmm, maybe that's why I always get that orbitexplorer window coming up?" I just can't imagine sitting around thinking up ways to spy on people's computers. Of course, I'm not smart enough to do it, so it's a good thing I'm not devious!

Diana, we're in the midst of a soaking downpour again. It's been raining steadily since early morning, and the storm cell on the doppler is still about 100 miles from the edge. Out littlle road is almost completely covered. I really needed to head out to the library too. Maybe it will quit by 2 or so? DD said she was going to head out to "rescue" my pepper plant (it's in a pot instead of a real garden). I told her to leave it be, since if it was in a real garden we couldn't move it out of the rain, so I figure it will survive.

Glad to hear everyone's doing okay, and Mary, 21 weeks definitely is a manageable number. I just love those weekly updates!

Another HOT day here in the Northwest. It's 11 am and already the temperature is 90 degrees. I'll think I'll go out and make some sun tea.

OK - I'll jump in here. Rode 43 miles today and plan 54 tomorrow. Played Lance Armstrong to whole way (I wish).

Then went to a production of West Side Story. It was good.

It's hot here in Ventura - 73 degrees. I know, I'm spoiled.

Finally back online after 3 weeks at the mousehouse with NO computer! Can't let that happen again... broke down and got the cheapo phone line so now I can sign on when we're up there! I was going thru withdrawel.. between keeping up with the cruise threads and missing my Pin info and trading!
Okay... so I have no time to catch up with 3 weeks worth of posts.... did anything exciting happen? Any new info come out? Where are we on the whole Palo brunch thing? Any news on excursions...???
