Okay - but when are we getting the tickets to attend the meets - they might be good only for the afternoon - if so I can't attend until 4:00pm - oh I wish that the DVC site would give more details...

I hope we can go get the tickets early enough to attend - if not - well here is hoping!!!

Umm, I don't quite understand the question. I'll see if I can cover all bases.

If you bought the full package that includes park admission, the park admission is good for the entire day, not just the times of the Member Homecoming events. My understanding is that the included tickets are standard park hoppers.

According to my notes, we should expect the actual tickets 45 days prior to the event. That is what they told me on the phone when I purchased mine.

You should have been given a confirmation # when you ordered yours.

Just to add to what Mark said, I was told the two day park passes are good for all day at all 4 parks on Tuesday and Wednesday only. There is also a pass that is good for one visit to Pleasure Island or Disney Quest. I was told that the pass to PI or DQ does not have to be used on that Tuesday or Wednesday. FWIW she did say that the one visit pass to PI or DQ did not have an expiration date.

Help... I need information on transportation. My dh and I are thinking we may want to attend the homecoming! We have our room res on hold, but being it's a weekend, I can't call member services to find out if transportation will be provided from the 2 night events back to the WDW hotels. Does anyone know?

I hope we won't have to rent a car. Thanks for any info!

Thanks for the additional information. Knowing there'll be evening transportation is wonderful! Looks like we'll be calling DVC tomorrow to see if there're anymore tickets for homecoming!

Usually in an event like this there are allowances made for onsite guests and tranportation (IE it keeps running. Worst case ecenario, cabbing it.

Enough people are coming that I am sure that they will have transport available.

Sorry, Bear doesn't attend the meets.

It was already told to someone else by member services that it is confirmed we will have transport back to the resorts after the events.

Hi everyone! We had a mini Homecoming Pre-meet at the Michigan DIS meet yesterday.


Pictured are front: Mary (iluvdisney), Gail (#1 Mouse), John (Gail's DH). In back is Mark (MarkRG).

We all sailed together on the DVC Member cruise and it was great to meet up again. Looking to meeting lots of other great DIS'ers at our Member Homecoming meet!

Add me and DH to the attendees. We'll have 4 "young adults" with us but I don't think they'll be wanting to go to the meet. (Although some of you have met my youngest on the Member Cruise.)

I'm going to be a bit frazzled. Our middle DD is graduating from college that Sunday and we're all flying down the day after. I'm going to need some mega-Mickey time.

I really didn't like how unreadable the text was, which my DW Mary(wdwlvr) fixed, as she designed the graphic, and I found a way for me to make the cutouts out of the printed ones more accurate.
