2003 - Hard Rock All Access Rate

Does any one know if their is a hard rock all access rate available at the Hard Rock Orlando for July/August 2003? If so, what are the rates?

I asked Hard rock and they sent me an email that they were not offering any discounted rates but that you could show the card at check-in and receive a complimentary upgrade. I dont know if that is correct, I was hoping for discounts my self.
