Hello - I got a bright mailer from Disney Destinations offering 20% off value resorts ($79) per night plus tax for 4/15 to 5/24 and 5/28 to 6/2. It came with a pin. I almost never get pin offers like others on this board seem to. Reading all about the 40% off offers, I got excited when I saw this in my mailbox - but no go for me. So I am still hoping something good will come along for the summer. Missy

That is great. There are alot of folks waiting for this opportunity. Looks like you got the next round of pin discounts. Looks like I was right in terms of skipping Easter and the next round of discounts beginning on 4/15 as I had predicted. (and blacking out Memorial Day weekend).

Nobody here knows for sure how they choose to send PINs out.

People with bookings have indeed gotten them in the past. And others have not.

It seems random.

Someone else said that they got a 20% off mailer for values but that the same pin would give them bigger discounts on mod/delux. Specifically said it was 40% at delux. If you want to go during that time just at another category hotel, I'd call and try some dates. They seem to be not giving out info on the pins only telling you what the price for that week with that pin code will be. They wont even necesarily tell you that that code didnt save you anything during that time so you may want to know what the week should be (check disneyparks.com) then call and if it isnt saving you anything try another week or two...you may be surprised. If not it was just a phone call.

only it doesn't say 40% off. It just says 'free park hopper upgrades' and ' 5 night/6 day package for $503 per person based on double occupancy at select value resorts'. It also includes a pin number. I think WDW has caught on that if you give people a pin number they think they're getting some exclusive mega-discount deal.

sorry slow to respond - it was regular mail, not email. You couldn't miss it. It was a very colorful fold out brochure type mailer. It didn't say anything about mod/deluxe but since I was not interested in the dates, I didn't call. I can check later.

I got the same flyer as hunnypots. Just free upgrade to parkhopper, which was still more expensive than me booking room only with AAA discount. I am still hoping for a "real" pin offer!

I think that if you go to the AAA and go to tickets and events you can get the same price for the parkhopper plus more. We got the AAA room only and I am purchasing the tickets from the AAA site. Good luck with the pin offer.

I just received a post card with a pin today. My very first. Since I have been trying to convince DH to go again this August I thought sure this was my ticket! Then I looked at the dates: 4/34-6/2. First of all this is DH busy season and second I can't even imagine pulling 3 kids out of Middle School at the end of the year. They couldn't even include Easter week?! By our profile I think they probably knew we couldn't possibly go at this time. I am so dissappointed!

My post card was for Fort Wilderness for $64.00 per night. Now please everyone who loves to camp don't take this the wrong but my camping days are over. We stayed at a moderate on our very first visit and then at the Poly for every one of our other trips. Does Disney really think I am going to start camping now?

Mine says 5-night/6-day package with ticket upgrades! Select Disney value resorts $503* Per adult, based on adult double occupancy. Available most nights 4/15-6/2 in a standard room.

There is a long pin number at the bottom along with a 407 # to call.

There is also a CST#....what is this for? It says Walt Disney Travel Company right before it...
