Holiday Autos have got a sale with 20% off tomorrow for collections up to 14 December 2013.

Might be worth checking for anyone looking for car hire still for this year

I was going to post this in the morning after I had checked their prices, last sale was not as good as it seemed so don't just assume its a good offer, check elsewhere and make sure. Hertz have a 33% off(plus Quidco) sale running which might be good for some.

I have used Holiday Autos more than any other company over the past few years, they have just been bought out by CarTrawler. Their paperwork/voucher is not very good, collected car a couple of weeks ago and the Alamo agent would not accept I had paid for Gold. She eventually waived fee for additional driver but would not accept I had prepaid for one.

That's a shame - their vouchèrs used to be really clear.

I did price up last night to compare and couldn't actually fine what gold included

Will have a look tomorrow at what they offer. I'm looking for a 7 seater in December for 34 days so far the best price I have got is €900-£770 with car hire 3000 but I am happy with that price if I can't get it cheaper.

Can you use Quidco from Ireland? if you can then might be worth looking tomorrow, if they discount 20% and you can get 16% Quidco it should beat £770.
I used Auto Europe again last month for our 7 seater, for 34 nts they are quoting about £780 less 7% Quidco.

Nope don't think so I tried before and needed a uk address but will have a look again .
