I know, such a pain, we always eat at F&B before we fly We are flying from North but staying at the Hilton in the South. We are planing to drop our bags off with BA's Twilight peeps, have something to eat at the North Terminal (probably Joes Kitchen - the menu looks tasty) and then go over to the South for our hotel

Has anyone actually managed to get the voucher? I just signed up there and when I try and open the voucher I got a "the file is unrepairable" and now it's just directing me to the Voucher Codes website
