20% Cash Back on Orbitz Tickets w/Ebates

so here's a question. I can't get the tickets yet but even if i miss the 20% deal how offten does ebates have orbits 10-20% cash back?

I notice cash back for tickets on Orbitz today is 20%. Incredible deal if it's actually for real. Has anyone had recent experience with buying tickets through them and actually getting 20% back?

I want to say THANK YOU to you for mentioning this! A deal like this is almost unheard of. I have tried it myself tonight, ordered Park Hoppers for a future trip, and will report back on if this is a success for Canadians. I can't see why it won't be, though. I already had an ebates.com account. (ebates.ca is only offering 10% I noticed.) I also took screen shots, video, etc., and do, after the transaction, note that the click through tracking number shows up, so all looks good. I will report back as to when I see the funds going into the account. It does take time for the funds to be paid out, but a rate of 20% off of tickets is nothing to sneeze at, that's for sure!! I am always on the hunt for a great deal, and I think this one wins the medal.

But obviously I don't want to buy direct from Orbitz.

Is anybody else having this problem? I don't know what to do.

Another solution might be to use a different web browser, or make sure your web browser is up to date (under 'about' 'check for updates' usually...) Good luck!! I don't know when the 20% off ends...

Also... is one of the first things you hit on the orbitz page 'activities' (and not hotels, etc. etc.) ?

And make sure you have no ad blockers on, either!!

I think deleting the cache is also in order here.. you speak of deleting cookies and history, but what about cache?

What if you are pre-logged into Orbitz, then open a tab to ebates, to get back to Orbitz?

I hope you can find the solution, it must be very frustrating! Ultimately, you may need to try another pc in your home, or ask someone to help you out by using their pc...

Oh, one more solution, shut your computer down (don't restart, actually shut it down) then start it. Best of luck, I will read this thread again in the morning. I hope they have this 20% off offer on for a while, so people can get in on it. Don't give up, disneygrandma, you are doing great! (Frustrating when the other ebates went through, and this one doesn't.) I am perturbed by it, so I hope I read that it worked for you in the end!

I had used my travel dates before without a problem.....Nov 30 - Dec 6. However, now that I was having problems, I thought I would give it a try to see what happens if I enter dates for March. It worked, and came right up. Once I got to the ticket page, at the top there was an option to change the dates. I put in my actual dates at that point.......and it worked! I was able to go ahead and order 5 day hopper tickets for the dates of our travel. Yeah! I would never have thought to play around with the dates, so thanks for that suggestion.

Also, I'm not a very computer literate person, and I don't know what I need to do to get rid of my cache. Where do I go? Where would I see that?

Thank you to OP and everyone else, this seems so good to be true I won't believe it until I get the cash back but I had to try! This will save me $273 which is a lot of corn dogs and churros. Okay I did it, I just placed the order thru Ebates for the Orbitz 4 day/5th day free ticket!

Fingers crossed it all goes smoothly.

And since I'm a new Ebates customer and made a qualifying purchase, I guess I geta $10 Target gift card? Cool!

Anyone know if I can use THAT gift card towards the purchase of a Disney gift card at Target?
