20/20 The Bachelor

Did anyone watch this tonignt. It was pretty good I thought.

I watched...it was good to see some of what happens to these people after they are on the show. I cant wait to see Ali's show. I think they mentioned May.

I've only seen a handful of seasons so I don't know all the contestants, but I'm pleasantly surprised that Sarah and Charlie are still together. I really liked them together!

I watched it and it was good. The guy who chose to not date either of the final two girls was good. I have to say that I respect the guy a lot more now that I have heard his side of the story. Poor thing was flogged so harshly that he developed an anxiety to the public!

I agree. I felt bad for him. It wasn't his fault he didn't fall in love.

I was really shocked that Deanna said she wished she had done the same thing;. I bet that made Jessie feel all warm and tingly lol.

I wish they had shown Andrew Baldwin,my all time favorite bachelor. It was good to see Andrew Firestone was happy, he seems like a nice guy.

Wow, what a shocking twist to Bryon and Mary. Charlie and Sarah seem to still be doing really good. I'm shocked they didn't say much about Jillian and Ed.

It was good to see Reid and that's he happy. I didn't know he was dating Miss. America

I watched it, it was pretty good.

I liked hearing some of the background stuff and the realism AFTER the show was over.

Trista and Ryan seem to be the only true successes, we'll see about the most recent ones. Molly and Jason seem to have it together, also... can't say the same about Jillian and Jake and their questionable choices..

Good to see Meredith, too. She looks GREAT! Man, did she choose a LOSER, too but hey, she seems to be alright now.

I know they didn't hit on the things that TPTB squelched, like the English guy and the Lamas girl, no surprise there.

Brad did the absolute RIGHT thing! Deanna was a hormonal kook and he got out with his shorts on. I have to give him his props for that.

I enjoyed the bits and pieces I saw and was sad my DVR didn't record it, but I will go back and watch it online. I enjoyed seeing many of the follow up stories. I was happy to see the honesty of the director, that yes, this is a show, we like the drama and help do anything we can to perpetuate it attitude. (No tv, cell phones, lots of alcohol, etc.)
Not that you don't think it happens, but he was pretty forthcoming about the s*x, and mentioned he thinks the average bachelor/bachelorette has it with approx. three others each season. Except Bob G. aka The Kissing Bandit, he was a lot more because the girls liked him so much.
I've always wondered about this and I finally got an answer I was satisfied with!
I hope they do a show like that again sometime down the road!

I found that interesting, too! I wonder if she knew the producer had mentioned his escapades and wanted to clarify that she was NOT one of them.

I have always given him a lot of credit for staying true to himself and not picking someone just to break up with them in a few weeks/months for the sake of TV. Yes, that one comment was out there but if he wasn't ready to committ at least he admitted it.

Another point I liked from last night's program is the fact Melissa said she would not have even given Jason a look outside of this process! I think that's how dweebs like Bob Guiney got over, also. They were like children in a candy store.

I watched the whole thing... and yes I have a TON of respect for Brad now. I was one of those haters that thought Brad was the WORST Bach ever and that he was such a jerk. However, the interview last night just showed that he did the honorable thing in not choosing either woman. He just didn't love either of them.

It was interesting to hear that Producer speak though. He had no remorse for the Melissa/Jason After the Final Rose ceremony debacle. I still feel as though that show owes her an apology and that is why ABC is hooking her up with all these gigs. She got rolled. I am so sad she didn't get the Dancing with the Stars hosting position.

Overall is was a very *Juicy* show full of interesting facts we did not know!
