1. I just bought myself a kitchenaid stand mixer. WOW! I never got the obsession and thought they were crazy priced. I had wanted one for christmas but DH said just go buy it. I figured with Holiday baking it would be better to have it now anyway and wow, i was so right!! I have blown up a couple cheap hand mixers so over time this will be a budget purchase.

2. My granite composite sink. It is so deep and always looks clean. It really adds to the granite countertops and just looks so nice. so worth the extra few dollars.

I agree! I've had my kitchenaid for over 20 years and although I really only use it for holiday baking, I just love it!

Oh Lawd, could NOT do without my KitchenAid. I just recently retired my old one after 11 hard-working years and bought a new one.

Kitchen aide is definitely an obession. Now I'm moving on to the attachments. I love that thing.

I only have a cheap electric hand mixer (which I don't like) so I can't speak about the stand mixers, but...

I also have a granite composite sink and LOVE it! I'm assuming yours is as deep as mine since you mentioned that you love the depth...I think mine is 10" deep. Never will I own a house without one! We will be moving within the next 3-5 years (into our forever home) and the kitchen sink in the new house will be the first thing we replace! We remodeled our current kitchen a few years ago and I'm so happy we bought the granite composite sink.

My Cuisinart food processor! Dear God in heaven, I just don't know how in the world I managed without that thing.

I have to repeat many if the same things. My kitchenaid, my e-reader, and my sewing machine. I have been wearing pants that were too long for well forever, being able to hem is an absolute necessity for the vertically challenged.

My KithenAid mixer and my Canon Rebel are my two favorite things that I own.

I do most of my baking at my Mom's (huge kitchen and how we spend time together) and she has 2 kitchen aids :cool1:

Things I can't live without: my iPhone and Magic Erasers. Also Clorox Wipes :goodvibes

I love my kitchenaid too. Mine is 8 years old and I use it so often, it sometimes sounds like it's going to die but keeps on going.

I also love my silicone coated wisk. After breaking and tossing so many cheap, metal ones I got a good one and I love it. So much easier to clean and it holds up better to high heat things like making fudge.

I rarely ever use my KA mixer but then I have young children and it's hard right now to find time to cook and bake. I need to apply myself and put that thing to better use, it seems.

My two top favorites would be my iphone and my keurig!

Magic erasers are the runner up!

Love, Love, Love my kitchen aid mixer. I do think it is a good investment, hand mixers just aren't strong enough for certain things (Christmas cookies), and they need to be replaced often.

I have probably had mine for close to 15 years, and I still get a thrill out of using it. It's pretty easy to keep me happy.

My Cusinart food processor. I have had the newest one for 3 months and it's everything I could ask for! I use it nightly!

I could not happily cook without my Shun knives. Once I got a set I could not believe I had lived without them!

my Keurig & my new stove!! it preheats to 350 in like 5 mins.

I have 2 kitchenaid mixers and I agree... not sure how or why I got by without having one before!!! Of course, I make cakes for people so they get used quite often!!! ;)
My cell phone, my Kindle!!:coffee:

What kind of stove/oven? I'm assuming it's convection?
That is one of my peeves is waiting on the oven to preheat!!!! lol

My iPhone, Kindle, and Keurig for sure.

Not sure if this counts, but Pinterest!!! I have found so many great gift ideas, recipes and especially teaching ideas on there. It really has made my life SO much easier!

I love my Kitchen Aid mixer and Cuisinart food processor too!

I need to chop up veggies pretty small for an iguana and bearded dragon, that little thing is a God send! I have used it for over five years and still going.

My Kitchen Aid I make a lot of holiday cookies and cakes, BUT I think I use it weekly to make mashed potatoes :rotfl: My family swears the are the best ever.
