2 things i can't believe i lived without!

My iphone and my keurig! Who would have thought I was against getting either one for so long!

Another thumbs up for the Kitchen Aid mixer. If anyone could share which attachments for it they like, I would really appreciate it.

I should have sprung for a Kitchen Aid mixer years ago but kept my Oster Kitchen center with ALL the attatchments thru 4 kids(31 years). I could never count how many batches of cookies and home made noodles it made it thru and now one of my children can use it for their homes until they can afford/make space for a KA. I do love mine now that I have one.
I second the Cuisinart food processor. Mine stilled work but I bought the SS one so kid's the old on is yours too!:rotfl:
And finally, my GPS!

My Keurig and my food vacumn sealer. Love them!

1. My KA mixer..couldn't do my holiday baking without it. No one has mentioned the awesome mashed potatoes it makes!
2. My Keurig..no messy pot to clean anymore YAY!
3. My Dyson..have had it for years and I'm still amazed at it's power.

My iphone, it just does so much :lovestruc

I just got a KA this summer and I use it nearly every day! My favorite use for it is shredding cooked meat!!!! Wonderful for chicken fajitas and beef for tacos!

I bought a KA last year and I love it. I don't use it much but am getting it out for Christmas cookies next week.

I alos love my dyson vaccuum. It was one of the best investments we made while we have a dog.

I resisted getting a DVR for years and now can't live without it.
I still mix my doughs by hand...sometimes whip out the crappy handheald mixer. Have thought about KA, but wow..I have a small countertop and if I add that to coffee maker/toaster/blender/food processor it would be even more crowded and cluttered.

My iPhone, hands down :). Other big contenders...the Kitchenaid mixer, my new Sabika earrings and my All Clad cookware.

My mom had a KA and now my 4 sisters and I each have one. Mom's is still working (after 30+ years) and one sister uses that. I love mine. It is one step up in size which is great since I make a lot of double batches on cookies, mashed potatoes and bread.

I love my foodsaver also.

Skinny jeans and DVR. Skinny jeans look great with everything! Loose tops, tucked into boots....Now when I wear regular cut jeans I have to carefully chose a top and can't tuck into boots (which I wear a lot). And my DVR. Seriously put off buying for years, all the while complaining that I fall asleep at 8:30 every night and miss all the good shows! Should have got it waaaaaay sooner. If I could pick a third, I would like to report I am LOVING my DIY gel manicure kit. This stuff does not chip and is so shiny. Very happy with the purchase.

I will give another vote to the KA. With my two little kids making up some chocolate chip cookies is a breeze. But love it for all the holiday baking I will be doing.

Netflix! :happytv: I have all the Star Trek I've ever dreamed of owning in one location without having to give up tons of shelf and/or hard drive space (except for a few of the movies which aren't on Netflix, but I own those on DVD anyway.)

What kind of stove/oven? I'm assuming it's convection?
That is one of my peeves is waiting on the oven to preheat!!!! lol

Sorry so late to reply-I was shopping :lmao: It is a Fridgdaire-Not Convection but it has something called Quick Bake & it is gas.

First, my Exercycle. We moved fom a very walking friendly neighborhood to one that just isn't. Love being able to get great exercise rain or shine without even leaving the house! It is pouring rain today and I am tapping away on my keyboard and cycling!

Second, my Saladmaster electric skillet. I use it to make rice, mostly. Stainless steel, yet automatic rice settings. I really don't like the idea of non stick cookware so this was perfect. We eat a lot of rice in our family!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Kindle! I love that I can make the fonts bigger so I don't have to wear my reading glasses!! :rotfl2:

I also love my iPad! I never would have purchased it for myself. I actually won it in a contest last year. But I use it constantly and would be very sad without it.

How do you make rice in the salad master? I have one, but never thought of using it for rice.

My iPhone, Kindle, and Keurig for sure.

Not sure if this counts, but Pinterest!!! I have found so many great gift ideas, recipes and especially teaching ideas on there. It really has made my life SO much easier!

If you are able, please tell me about Pinterest. I've checked it out a few times, and it seems to be just pictures of things. I'm not a member, but I seem to be missing something. Obviously, you feel it is worth joining, but what else is there besides pictures?

It is sortof like a picture index for things you like from all over the internet. When you click on a thumbnail picture it fills the screen and then if you click on the large picture it will usually link you to the website it came from so that you can see the recipie- order the item- see the directions etc.

As for the KA mixer- I LOVE using it to shred cooked meat too! Ridiculously fast and easy. When I showed my sister, she said, "that should be cooking 101!"
