2 ?'s dvc discounts not working??

I am having trouble ordering my dvc annual pass (voucher) online and also dvc website indicates a $15 discount on disneystore.com for $100 purchases, but it is not accepting the discount code. I tried calling the online 1 800 number but the hold time is over 15mins. So, as I hold I thought I would try here.

Anyone else having trouble with either of these issues?
