2 ressies at 1 resort, how does this work???

Do we have to change rooms? Dis says we have to check out and back in. Also our 10 day tickets are on our 1st ressie so what happens with them? We have a 1 day base on our 2nd ressie. Do they combine them? Just wondering if anyone else has done this or is doing this?

We've had 2 different ressies when we've added extra nights. We have not had to change rooms. We just had to go to front desk and check-in again.

We've just had our tickets on our resort key when we first check-in, I think. Not sure about this.

It is very uncommon (but not impossible) that guests would have to change rooms.

For a Continuing Reservation, you will have to come down to the front desk to check out/in, and get new keys. It's always beneficial to make sure that when you check in, that the CM knows there is a continuing reservation. 99% of the time, it is pre-blocked so that you can stay in the same room, but there's always a time when the TA doesn't let the resort know. It should be noted that depending on the length of the first reservation, that the 2nd reservation will not show up in the computer until midway through your stay. The resorts can only see 4-8 days out, give or take.

As long as the reservations are notated properly, there shouldn't be a problem with staying in the same room. However, if you booked two different category rooms, you will have to change.

We are in the same situation in 9 days at WL!!!

Both ressies are tied together and both are for woods view. We have two rooms booked. CM told me pretty much the same thing as Tyler stated above. I am just going to be sure to mention the second part of our ressie when we first check in.
