I am not sure if my daughter will be joining us on our family trip next year. Can I make 1 RO reservation under my name at POR (since it sleeps 5) and 1 RO under my husband's name at POFQ? We love POFQ and if she can't come, we want to stay there. We will be using the same CC on both rooms. Is this a problem? IF I cancel one, I assume Disney will just credit my CC with the one night's deposit.

Disney frowns on it. Even if you make the reservation they can go back and cancel both of them. This has happened recently to another poster.

Since you still give them all the names for everyone on the reservation, it is possible they will figure out it is a double reservation.
