I have 2 reservations currently and I'm having trouble deciding which to keep. It will be my husband and I's first trip without kids. We are going in early April for Flower and Garden. We have a Yacht Club Garden/Woods view regular room and a Boardwalk Villas Standard view Studio booked. Boardwalk Villas are currently being rehabbed, but *should?* be done by then. Yacht Club just started a rehab and definitely won't be done. Not really sure what impact a room rehab would really have. Thoughts? Which would you pick?

A room rehab probably won't impact you much, although at BWV you're more likely to get a rehabbed room because it's further along. Any room mid-rehab won't be assignable. Neither is a hardgoods rehab, so it'll be quieter.

I would pick Yacht Club just because it is a bit closer to Epcot but my husband would pick a stay at the Boardwalk hands down. I might go with the one that was less expensive because I honestly don't think you can go wrong with either choice!

Both are great. For a stay with just 2 adults I would choose the BWV. Ithink your chance of a refurbished studio is good. With the BWV Studio you will have 1 Queen bed and a Queen sleep sofa. This is a much more comfortable arrangement for 2 adults who only need 1 bed. You will also have a kitchenette with a small fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker and a small sink. You can stalk up for breakfast in the room as well as keep adult beverages cold.
BWV is a nice walk to both Epcot & DHS. There is plenty to do on the Boardwalk in the evening.
I love this area and don't think you can go wrong with either, but I prefer the studio setup for 2 adults
Have Fun.

I wouldn't let the refurb sway your decision. We've stayed at a few WDW resorts during refurbs and never heard a peep. I prefer BWV (love the full size coffee pots!), but would probably go with whichever is cheapest in this circumstance.

Thanks everyone! The cost difference was negligible, but we decided to go with Boardwalk. Think the Studio set-up will be great.
