Family of WDW vets finally taking kids to Unuversal. 2 adults, 2 boys (11,9). Staying at the Royal Pacific. Getting there early Saturday November 7th and heading to wdw the morning of the 10th. Planning to spend the first day at the pool, etc and not go to parks. Then we have park to park tickets for Sunday and Monday. Anything we shoukd be sure to do outside the parks Saturday? Any restaurant suggestions...especially allergy friendly? How would you attack the parks? Would one be a better option than the other on a Sunday or Monday? We have the express pass thing through the resort and the hopper option so planning to go back and forth if/when needed. Anyone want to whip up a two day touring plan for us? Any restaurant suggestions? We've heard good things about mythos and I think most people lean towards three broomsticks over leaky cauldron, right?

Thanks.

i always stay at RPR, hope you find it as beautiful and great as i do.

since you are a noobie for the darkside, i would hit the parks once you check into the hotel.
do what you can for a few hours and then explore the parks later.

city walk would be a new adventure for you to go to that satuday evening.

check out the websites for city walk and UO.
you'll find what you really want to do and things that could wait for another visit.

some trip reports will have pictures that really bring the parks to life for you.
many tips can be found in them.

on the second page of this forum, i answered another posters question about the special diets.

i'm coping part of it here for you to see as it may help you.

the below info and more info is on the UO website
use the search button to find it.
if you can't fnd it, let me know and i will recopy it for you.
