2 bedrooms villa max capacity?

The 2 bedroom villas says sleeps up to 8 adults. We have 6 adults and 4 children going and the 3 year old sleeps with his parents. The bedding is perfect for the 10 of us but computer will not let 10 people stay in 2 bedroom villa. Any other ways to make this work or know any 2 bedroom that will sleep 10 people?

None of the WDW 2 bedrooms will sleep 10. You will need a 3 bedroom Grand Villa.

There are some 2 bedrooms that will sleep 9 guests plus one child under 3 years old - BLT, AKV, VGF and OKW. If that doesn't apply to your group, you could try booking the 2bedroom plus a studio if there are no 3 bedrooms available.

The VGF 2BR lockoff sleeps 10 when booked on points.
A 2BR lockoff is a 1BR + Studio which in VGF would have a total of (1) king, (1) queen couch (living room), (1) queen bed, (1) full couch (studio) and (2) Murphy beds (living and studio)

Exactly right! If renting points, the family of 10 would fit. If trying to book thru Disney, even if a VGF 2-BR is available, the family would exceed room capacity. The problem would be finding a VGF owner that could rent to the OP. There are 47 VGF lock-off 2-BR villas and every time one of the very popular studios gets booked, it takes a 2-BR lock-off out of inventory (all studios at VGF are part of a lock-off). The other half becomes a 1-BR. Booking a 2-BR lock-off at VGF is as difficult as booking a studio.

The OP might be interested in renting an RV and camping at FW. The rental companies set up and take away the RV when your rental is over. You have indoor plumbing and the extra "bathroom space" at the comfort stations. Maximum capacity at a campsite is 10 people. The RVs can be very upscale and a lot of fun for families. People on the camping board could help direct you to recommended companies.
