2/9/2008 - Valentine Cruise 7 Night Western - Anyone On The Love Boat ?

Just cancelled the Rasul on Valentine's day (3.30pm - 4.20pm) if anyone is interested ...


...... because we decided (well, actually he doesn't know it yet though ) to splash out on the Couple's Choice Spa Villa instead

finally was able to book nursery time--for some reason my computer couldn't get in. We're using almost all our nursery time for the 14th!

on our most recent cruise, we got to the terminal around 10, maybe 10:30 and when we checked in we were given a group number for boarding (similar to airplane zone boarding) and we were on the ship right at noon.
We also try to take advantage of every minute on the ship--we have a set routine...book any excursions or spa appointments asap, then head up to the buffet for lunch. after that we make our way to our room (if it's ready) and drop our things and take a stroll (last time we used this time to show DD around). We then get our life jackets for the drill and dart back to our room ASAP so we can get back to the Goofy pool to stake out good spots for the Set Sail Party...if you can't tell, we are creatures of habit!!

Just out of interest Teva......how easy would that be from America ?...can you get flights to Turkey ?....would you have to fly, say to the UK, first ????

When have you booked your Rasul for ?...is it a Valentine's Day treat too ? ......

I hope I have made the right decision going for the Couple's Choice...it seems like a lot of money....I don't know if I ought to switch it back now (as my original booking is still available)......pity I can't do both -they clash time wise.

Actually, that thought had crossed my mind..... ...but I'm wondering if we are going to be a bit rushed.... as we don't intend to get back to the dock till 3.30pm, then I have to send my dress for dry cleaning asap (for it to be ready for the evening - since I will be doing some trash the dress shots), AND drop off the kids at the club......hmmm..I wonder if we will have time They do have a slot at 5pm .........

Rasul is booked for 2pm on the 11th, tried to get valentines day but was fully booked.

...but if anyone notices a Rasul for the morning (not the very earliest though ) of the 14th open up again (and don't need it themselves) could you please give me a heads up

What exactly is the couple's choice? We are wanting to book the rasul (can't book until 75 days out as this is our first Disney cruise), but I haven't heard of the couples choice ... fill me in!

Couples choice is 2hrs of pampering in the spa, you get a private room were you both have a massage, drink champagne and have a hot tub on the balcony overlooking the ocean
