I got the email and list just fine. I have not begun to make a fish extender, and tried to buy one online but they don't have just one pocket FEs. So I'll attempt to make a 1 or 2 pocket one next weekend. I hate to buy one since I'll need it to have more pockets when the kids come.

I went to the dollar tree today and they had a hanging pocket organizer. It had 4 pockets, but I was thinking someone could cut it and decorate it to make it into a fish extender.

Having essentially skipped on Xmas gifts to each other and with an eye toward an early Valentine's, we booked the Couples Choice in the Spa Villa on Nassau day. I'm really looking forward to 2+ hrs of pampering & relaxation. Thinking I'm going to have the Bamboo Massage as that's something I've never done and my spa of choice here at home doesn't offer that.

We did the spa villa for two on the Wonder, we had a good time. Very relaxing. Just be prepared for the hard sell by the staff for product at the end. That is how they make money. We would definitely do it again.

Cruise docs arrived today, but sadly, no room assignment yet on our VGT. I was hoping it would be assigned with the cruise docs, but we got a big ol' ______ on our luggage tags for stateroom.


(Probably for the best - then I don't have to obsess over the DIS boards for every last comment about our particular stateroom once it's actually confirmed.)

We got our documents on NYE and as of today still no assignment. I was told it could happen as late as a day before sailing...

Ditto, no assignment yet. It's just the last big unknown, but you are right, we all might not find out our rooms until port.

Congrats on getting the packet! A sigh of relief and a big WOOHOO that it's almost here!

As for the hard plastic luggage tags, perhaps your friend is thinking of the ones you get with your WDW package. If memory serves, WDW packets come with two (2) of those traditional luggage tags in addition to the ME luggage tags. Those are the kind you can put your name and contact info on and use again and again. The DCL packet is much different than the WDW packet.

Yes, the plastic ones are for the WDW package deals.

DH just booked this for my birthday (surprise)! No kids this time.......just us! Veranda room, don't know the room # yet! Just went on a 4 night with the kids for Christmas last month. If you haven't been on this ship yet - IT IS GORGEOUS!

I see you are in Merrit Island. DH and I grew up in Cocoa Beach--his dad was a NASA Engineer. We no longer have family there but get there once a year -- I'm almost as excited about getting to come "home" as I am about the cruise. Lol!

I'm still waiting on my fish extender but I am ALL DONE with my FE gifts. Now I am trying to figure out how I'm going to package the gifts. I am also working on our door decorations.

How is everyone doing that signed up for the fish extender? I'm still working on mine. I hope everyone got the email and was able to open it. Sometimes Mac to PC doesn't always work.

It looks like there may be a lot of last-minute bookings on this cruise, as it quickly went from availability in nearly every category to only Cat. 4 and Cat. 5 available today. Those who are GTY may be getting their room assignments.

Very cool, BeeTeacher. I teach in Cocoa Beach and the DD goes to CBHS! GO BEACH! We know lots of NASA people......and we only live three miles away from KSC. How long has it been since you visited? There have been LOTS of changes......some good, some not so good!
