I think part of it is that i live in white-bread new england and while the seafood is good, it is an ethnic dead zone. i make my own greek and indian because those are the two cuisines I can't live without, lol.For the fireworks and F! it is? pop warner is a big sporting event they have there and typically in the past wednesday night has been the night that they have a private party at Hollywood Studios.
MK has emh on Wednesdays, HS is on Fridays.

when i choose my disney restaurants i try to go for something that is more unique to disney. Sanaa has the gorgeous location and decor to back it. from strip mall indian to fancy places in little india in NYC i've nver seen decor like Sanaa so I'm going to try it. Hope I am not disappointed breaking my own rule

I'm not sure if it closes early of it is a truly "after hours" party (closes regular time and then the party is after hours). Nothing has been posted yet one way or the other but the past info I've had has it starting at 8pm - I'd guess if that were the case they would keep the 7pm park close with 7pm fantasmic knowing they would have everyone out before opening the gates again.

I attended a Sunday halloween party in september 2014 and was surprised at how busy it was as I wouldn't have thought it was really a weekend day. for whatever that is worth. undercover tourist has MK on Sunday the 4th as a very low crowd day.
I was also debating to attend between Dec 6 and Dec 8. Since we are moving from AKL to CR on Dec 6, I decided on Dec 8 even if it's supposedly busier.
I'm there on the 8th too because I will be at the Poly (BWV first half). I wanted my trip the other way with poly first half and BWV second but couldn't get those days at the resort. Oh well.
