Ahhhhh NOOOOOOOO!!!! I think you mean Go Red Sox!!!!

I went in 07 right after the Sox won the WS and WDW made Mickey MLB pins... I managed to get a Red Sox one... and by the end of the trip they had sold out!!!

I was pretty impressed that WDW made those pins at all! They did have a Yankees one, I remember seeing it (but I did not buy it of course )


If we didnt share a mutual love of disney I think we would have serious problems lol! ...

yeah for a disney engagement!!

If he hates Christmas and Disney then that does sound like a bad idea lol! When is your trip planned for?? DF didn't think he was going to like WDW at all until I took him... now he's hooked!

Yey I have that pin too! I bought mine in '06 when I first saw it. It was the only one at the pin station in DTD!

Haha, I felt so bad when I bought it because we were in the store about to pay and a family came in looking for one and the CM ringing me up said "sorry she just bought the last one"... I felt like such a jerk!

Yey! Pre-Trip Report!

Now I need address your must-do list...

1) Buy some of those dipped pretzels at Goofys Candy Co in DTD! They are so delicious looking I have to try them!

Looove Goofy's . I always get the marshmallows myself. And I always put a bazillion x's next to the caramel drizzle to see how much the CM will put on

2) Go Mini-Golfing at either Fantasia Gardens or Winter-Summerland... anyone have a recommendation???

I like them both. Except for the Fairways at Fantasia. It's hard! And as my roomie says 'It's like real golf only smaller' in other words it is a small scale golf couse, not a cutsey mini golf course. Hmmm yeah I vote Winter/Summerland

3) Try Ohana's for dinner! Mmmmmm

I liked it better a few years ago, but you still can't beat unlimited meat on a stick

4) Have lunch at Le Ceiler... I cant wait for that soup!

Soooo good. I love Food and Wine Season when I can just walk up and buy a cup whenever I want. DF made a batch once from the Disney cookbook. it was pretty darn yummy too.

5) Go to Atlantic Dance Hall for a drink (we are having our wedding reception there and havent even seen it yet lol )

I've never been either. It's always been that big empty building blasting dance music across from Jellyrolls to me lol

6) Watch the fireworks from the beach of the Poly (we have a dinner ressie for Ohana after they are over )

Fabulous. I watched the 4th of July fireworks there last year. Primo spot for it.

7) Take a picture of DF and I with Chip and Dale, they are my fave's and we dont have a pic of us with them !

What character don't I have a pic with lol. Umm I liked them at LTT, but they aren't there anymore.

8) Go into Innoventions and actually spend some time in there (this is one the ALWAYS gets overlooked, so it is time to do it finally)

Innoventions was my favorite thing when I was in middle school. Yes I am a nerd.

9) Buy a few pins to (maybe) start trading, I have never done this but it always looks like so much fun!

10) Eat a sandwich from the Earl of Sandwich, DF swears they are amazing so I really think I need to try one!

OMG you need to eat there! I had to restrain myself tonight because I did not need to eat out! But I was sooo tempted

I'm all for checking out ADH, however I don't really dance and there is never anyone there! But I have always wanted to go inside, so might as well check it out, we can always hop over to Jellyrolls instead.

Jen, that's cool that your uncle designs pins. My roommates friend did a few pins as freelance work. I've probably passed by your uncles office/cubicle over at the merchandise building!

haha, we may be there the same time (at AKL too). DF and I are going to WDW for a week with my folks and brother in Aug for DM's birthday. So I think DF and I may go down a few days earlier to AKL to get some of ou weding planning done.

Ok, well I have a plan for day 2 now and a super fun Dis bonus for Day 1!

On the first day there we will be meeting up with.... The DisBrides !!! I am very excited that we will all get to meet in person and eat some yummy DTD snacks together, I'm sure it will be alot of fun! !


Ok, on to Day 3...

This will be MK day!! Who doesn't love the Magic Kingdom?? Anyways, we will be getting up bright and early today and catching the bus over to MK. After I rush towards the castle like a loony toon, I think we will take in a few rides in Fanatsyland, then over to Adventureland and make our way around from there

During this time there is ALOT of food involved... I am talking alot! We have a few standard favorites that we always go to at the MK, they are... in particular order...

Aloha Isle for a Dole Float (at least 2 during the day actually )

Caseys for Corn Dog Nuggets... I never eat this bad, but on MK day the rules don't apply, and those little suckers are yummy!

Columbia Harbour House for Chicken tenders and Fries, again bad but yummy!

Main Street Bakery for a snack in the morning

and the new addition this year... our first ADR of the trip... Crystal Palace for a late Dinner (7:30)!! If all goes well we should even be done in time to see the fireworks (cross your fingers please )

So you see basically our day will look like this... ride...snack...ride...ride...lunch...ride...snack...ride...snack... well you get the idea lol!
A lot of eating and a lot of rides!
Just the way I like it!

Ohh I can't wait to do that! Dave and I are staying at POP this time, and doing WL and YC for our honeymoon/wedding, I wish I was staying at WL this trip though...
