1st Haircut at Disney?

I would like to have my son's first haircut done at the barber shop on Main Street at MK-do they still do this? Can anyone tell me approximately what it costs and exactly what they do ie do they make a production out of it or anything? Thanks!

Yes they still do this. I just had my son's cut in April and I think it was $8. My son is 9 so not alot of hoopla but a little girl was having her first cut and she got a certificate and pixie dust in her hair. They use huge red scissors mocking the cut for a photo op.

My daughter got her first haircut at the Harmony Barbershop in November. She got a certificate and Mickey Mouse ears hat that had "First Haircut" monogrammed on them. The lady that cut her hair did a great job. The cost was $12. You do have to stand in line and wait for your turn. We waited about an hour.
