If you do a search for holiday bingo online you can find bingo cards to print out....we also play an "unwrap the present" game-takes a bit of prep work (and lots of boxes) but it is fun. Wrap a small set of candy or toys (like little erasers)- one for each child. Then wrap it again and again and again, each time in a slightly bigger box. The music plays, and when it stops, that child gets to unwrap the present- but its just another present! Then they are "out"- keep going until the last present, then share the item. Can last as long or as short as needed.
If you want a gross motor activity, try a dress like a snowman relay- first kid runs down, gets a hat, runs back and puts the hat on the next kid in line. That kid runs down, graps a muffler, runs back and puts the hat AND the muffler on the next kid, etc.....we use hats, mufflers, mittens, etc. (depends on how many kids and how much time you are trying to "waste"). Another relay type activity is to race with icecubes on a spoon. First kid places icecube on spoon, carries it down carefully and slides icecube onto the next kid's spoon, etc....its slippery and requires some coordination.
When all else fails, we play the "be a rock" game. Children start out in crouch position (they are a rock). You call out an animal/character, etc. and they act that out- when its wild and out of control (or before, it you prefer)- shout out "Be a rock" and they must sink back into "rock" position. Again, you can make it go as long as needed and even have children take turns calling out ideas (watch out- one kid shouted out "be an icecream cone"- that took some creative "acting").....
