Well we checked into the hotel at 8am (room was ready!!) went straight to EPCOT since it is my least favorite park (I like building up to the favorite!) and on the way out I notice instead of 3 passes I only have 2...I passed a Security guy and asked him where lost and found was, he said he would walk me there and on the way he asked what I lost, I told him my daughters 7 day ultimate hopper pass. I showed him mine and he said "oh thats good, those are the best kind to lose, they replace those no problem" I was SO happy because all I was thinking was "crap now I have to pay 300 for a new one!".....got to lost and found, of course it wasn't there and they issued me all new ones! Good thing was that since it was my daughters it had no charging priviledges on it so whomever had it couldn't shop with it! I love the service at Disney!!
Once a CM at TL failed to give it back after we went throught the turnstiles, and another at the FP for BuzzLY ride. Both times I went directly to Guest Services with my copy of my numbers (I take several copies of them and put them in different places, as I know how careless I can be at times!), and they replaced them within ten minutes. I probably wouldn't feel as comfortable buying those passes without that secure feeling.
