1900 Park Fare

I have heard on here that 1900 Park Fare will be closed for refurbishment.. does any one know when they will be re-opening and what they are doing to it? Thanks!

I've booked for 1900 Park Fare as well...I was told when I booked that it will be in the Grand Floridian Cafe. I wasn't told if it is still buffett or pre-plated but I'm hoping buffett!! As long as the characters are there then we really don't care one way or the other but it would be nice to know prior to going!

CM I spoke with a couple days ago indicated it is pre-plated. We would be using DDP and she said we could choose one appetizer(ie salad, strawberry soup), one entree (ie prime rib and mashed potatoes) and then we would be given a dessert plate to share.

I don't mean to be a big dunce , but did the CM indicate whether it would still be all-you-can-eat, or will it be just like a regular sit down meal?
