Has anyone been to 1900 Park Fare for dinner-what kind of food do they have/how is it?

What characters are there?

Is it better/worse than other dinner buffets?

We went last October and loved it. There was a carving station with pork and beef, I remember seeing 2 kinds of green salad, patatoes, 2 chicken meals, pizza, mac & cheese, macaroni salad, veggies, gravy, lasagna, 2 or 3 different soups and a few more things that I can't remember. All in all it was a really good meal. The food was hot compare to many buffets at WDW.

You will see Cinderella with the step sisters and step mother Lady Tremaine. the Prince is also there. The caracters are amazing. We didn't feel rushed in any way and the caracters spent a good amount of time at each table. We saw all the caracters twice in an hour except for Lady Tremaine.

Be aware that it is the Cinderella cast--she is always there, but the others have nights off so if you are looking for someone specific ask first. I was disappointed in the food and have enjoyed other buffets a lot more. We will not be going back for the price

We have been several times and really enjoy it. The food is nothing fancy, a buffet, but enjoyable (and something for everyone). Cinderella is one of my girl's favorites and we love the character interaction. The Step Mother & Sisters are hilarious.

We had Cindy, Prince Charming, the stepsisters and Lady Tremaine. Loved that they were "in character". My youngest was all done up as Ariel fresh from BBB. Lady Tremaine called her "fish girl" and Cinderella was thrilled to see her friend Ariel. Made it very special. :)

Food was great - both sides of the buffet line were different so lots to choose from. Probably my 2nd favorite meal.

It is always Cinderella, Prince Charming, and her step mother and step sisters, no?

We have done this trip every one of our last 4 trips. I guess that just about says enough about how we feel about it!

It's a great location - we follow it up with a Magic Kingdom evening. The food is very good, and the character interaction is some of the best we've had!

I loved this character meal! DH isn't into them, but Lady Tremaine really put a big smile on his face. She knew all of the right things to say to him.

The step sisters were really funny.

The buffet was good. There were enough choices to please everyone and the
dessert part of the buffet really had a nice choice of sweets.

We started our trip here, and it certainly put you in the Disney mode.

We ate there this past December and while the character interaction was great, we didn't think the food was all that great. We probably won't be going back any time soon.

I was lucky enough to take a girls only trip to WDW this past February and we booked an ADR here for our first evening. For some reason my DH nor my three DSs had wanted to eat here on previous trips. Well no boys allowed this trip so we booked an ADR. That being said, we loved the characters but disliked the food very much. I won't be repeating that ADR unless I have a granddaughter SOMEDAY! :rotfl2: Both DF and I were hungry after eating here. Oh well. Luckily we were on the dining plan and it wasn't out of pocket. I'm not the most adventurous eater so I suppose that is one reason why I didn't like most of the offerings. Some love it though so it really depends I think. Happy Planning!

We are big 1900 Park Fare breakfast fans, so this December was the first time we had tried dinner. We thought it was terrific! Lots of choices, the famous strawberry soup, and many different pastas and salads not typical at a standard buffet. The dessert buffet was awesome, could have spent another hour at it alone, and I am quite sure I didn't have one of everything.

The cm's were totally awesome, and the character's had such a good time ribbing and joshing. Lady Tremain sat down next to me a chatted for sometime. We will certainly do this again. My 21 yo son and DH enjoyed it as much or more than I did!

My husband and I haven't been to 1900 PF for dinner since our honeymoon (will be 9 years in December) but we have been for breakfast several times since then. When we went so many years ago it was Pooh and friends. Since then the villains made a brief appearance and now Cinderella and her entourage. :) We will be taking our family for dinner this September and we're really looking forward to it. I'm so glad they serve the strawberry soup for both breakfast and dinner, because I could seriously make that my meal. I did pretty much one year. :lmao: So good!

We are excited about this for our Sept trip. DD(7) LOVES:love: Cinderella--has since she was a baby. So this will be special for her. DH loves the idea because they have the Strawberry soup. He gets it on every DISNEY cruise we have been on and has been missing it so. He too could make it his whole meal:rotfl:

One of the better buffets we've gone to - heads and shoulders ahead of CM for instance.

Great character interaction and show.

Great location.

Cannot recommend this one enough.

We will be eating here on the first night of our vacation/my 21st birthday celebration. I'm *really* looking forward to this! The reviews have been awesomely helpful. :cutie:
