I have read some horrible reviews about dinner here but how is breakfast? We have it booked because we wanted to try something different. We usually do Crystal Palace. For this trip we already have PSB, Ohana, WCC, and Chef Mickeys booked. It will be myself and DS who is 8.

My boys (4 &6) were not into 1900 for breakfast...The characters just didn't do it for them...The food was good but nothing very special...We liked the eggs made to order very much but we do not think that is a reason to run back...DH did not like it at all...I thought it was good but nothing terrific...

The buffet is set up in a strange way...The line for the eggs gets long quick and the people waiting for the eggs blocks others from the rest of that area of the buffet...

So unless your DS really likes those characters (Tigger, Pooh, Mary, Alice, Mad Hatter) I wouldn't go...

What about Tusker?...Our boys love the safari theme, the food is very good, buffet is in small stations, and you can get into AK early with an early ADR

We've gone there twice for breakfast, but it was years ago when our oldest was younger. The characters rotated - one time we had pooh and tigger and piglet, another time it was Mary Poppins and Alice and the Mad Hatter and the Rabbit. The food was good, but depending on the time you are there it can be really busy.

Our family loves the breakfast buffet at Park Fare - we do it at least twice every trip. The egg and omelet station is really good, and cheese blintzes with fruit toppings are delicious. My kids get a big kick out of the Mad Hatter - he comes by often and we found him to crack really funny jokes. The atmosphere is really bright and lively, there's a calliope that plays music off and on. It gets a little loud, if you don't mind that, I would recommend it. :thumbsup2

I completely agree. We went once & no one in my family wanted to return.
Tusker is really good & so is Crystal Palace.

We went in June and had a great time. What food I ate (too busy taking pictures) was good. I have a 10 year old son and an 11 year old son, and a 10 Year old daughter and they all enjoyed it. They loved meeting Alice, Mad Hatter, and Mary. My 5 year old nephews loved Pooh and Tigger so it turned out perfect for our group. The Mad Hatter is a riot!!

Oh no! I scheduled this breakfast b/c I thought I'd read good reviews about the food and characters but mostly b/c I though Alice and Mary Poppins (my girls love, love, love those two characters) were always there?? We already have Crystal Palace booked so we don't need a repeat of those characters! Should we look into something else?

Hi! We just got back 7-24 from a 10 day trip! We ate Bkfst at 1900 PF so my dd(3) could meet Alice! It was great! They have these yummy pecan rolls! I ate 2! They also had the freshest, best tasting sliced tomatoes! We very much enjoyed it and the characters were great!

I so wanted to love this breakfast but sadly I don't think we'd go back. We waited a looooong time past our ADR to be seated and the food was just ok. The characters were good-but we enjoyed Crystal Palace more.
