1800 Flowers Work At Home Opportunity (Select States)

I'm off now, I haven't actually gotten a sales call in 3 days, not since my first night, everything has been CS, status check or web support. I have placed a number of orders, but they all came through as one of the above. ugh...
I have had some wonderfully nice people, but I've had some awful ones as well. I was in Han Team 2 today, usually actually.
I had one customer screaming, cursing and generally being verbally abusive when her cc was declined, even though we called and left 3 messages, somehow she was blaming us for it. whatever...
I am so exhausted, I was going to try and pick up more hours even in pj party tonight, but I just don' tthink I can do it. I'm so tired!!!
I just keep reminding myself though, that the 98.5 hours I'm putting in this week will just about pay off my trip. :) That makes it well worth it!!!!

me too, and status check after status check after status check!

I hear ya, I did status checks/web support/CSI's since I started last week. Today after 4 hours into my shift, I was finally switched into sales and it was great. So do not give up hope!

Tim

Thanks

I'm not sure why the state you live in matters since we are home agents...maybe?!

I just emailed my SSM since I've worked 12's all week and am working my other job tomorrow and Sunday 9am-3:30pm and Flowers has me working 4p-2am tomorrow and 4p-4a Sunday. I know I'll be terribly burnt out. Fingers crossed they will shorten the shifts, atleast Sundays. I just can't imagine working 19 hours with only 4-5 hours sleep. Anyone else working an insane amount of hours? My total for this week is 82 currently...=o)

I am just hoping that Christmas isn't this insane with hours, since I see that is part of "gold rush" as well. And it's up until Xmas eve.
It was so crazy yesterday they put me on bloomlink and I was taking calls from VERY angry florists who just wanted to get off the darn phone with me. It was frustrating. And I didn't feel that I had much direction in chat at all. So... Here I am with my pesimestic view of this whole thing again. (sorry) But on the good side..I did get my check. They had to fed ex it to me. Must have been lost in the mail.
Working now 6a-6p, then sleep for a few hours for work tonight 12am-12pm tommarrow. These shifts stink!
Hope your days work out for ya Darlene! I couldn't imagine going out into the world with only 4 hours sleep! lol GL!

I can't get back into Avaya right now so I am off on project.
I will definately be working my hours differently for the later Gold rush times. This was a learning experience that is for sure.
almost time for me and my pillow to have a date!!!:cool1:

i'm supposed to be in project too but our training wasn't good on q's, and Idon't have any idea how to do this. Oh well. Yes, this week certainly was a learning process.

Wow those are a lot of hours I am wiped out working 7- 3am. I'm working now but the avaya statiosn are full so I am on project. Nice but how can I locate a florist without a phone! At least I feel the CSi fog is starting to lift .I guess the more youdo the more you learn. Wonder whent they will post the rest of May's schedule.
