Hey - yes just got it thanks...that one looks great but it is $$$$. I am going to check around a bit. Good news though - i just called my phone co. back and fussed a little about the set up charge of $80 for the second phone line. They waived it!! Woo Hoo!! Now I'll just pay the 9.85/month.

well I think I lucked out because I had a problem w/ my regular phone line about a week ago...the tech that was here screwed something up and I was w/o internet svc for a week...I just brought that up and how I have used their service for years and a good customer, bla bla bla not to mention the inconvenience they put me through, etc. She put me on hold for a sec and came back and said your set up fee has been waived I'm off to WM to check out their headsets...

How long has it been typically for someone to get a call once they receive our paperwork to do the set up?

Did she tell you to set up your AIM after you got off the phone? I noticed that on the e-mail they say to download AIM 6.0, but on the AIM site, they only have 6.1 and 5.9, any idea why?

I love it I go 5x a week now.

The version doesn't matter on AIM, she will tell you to set it up after the call because you have to pick a name according to your employee number & everything.

I'm kind of excited about this opportunity. I do have a question though. Does anyone know what the scheduling is like once you complete your training. Is it flexible, do you pick your own schedule or do they? I know it's 8-10 hours per week but can that be done at anytime?

Hey Kelly, I sent in my paperwork 2nd day air last Thursday and still havent received an e-mail about training. I had it tracked, so I know it arrived. Hope it comes soon! How did you send yours?

I sent mine priority with tracking, BUT I left the tracking info in my car (which hubby took to work! LOL) so I can't look to see if it's arrived. I'm sure it has. I guess it'll take a couple days,so I won't start worrying yet! Thanks

Yes you can pick your hours supposedly there is some schedule program that you can tell them when u are available.

Ok, so 1 day after mine went out 2nd day priority, at least we are in the same boat. I feel better. I'l let you know when I receive mine.

I mailed mine Monday afternoon and the confirmation shows it was delivered today at 12:17pm, hopefully I will hear from them soon.

Ok I just finished..... It took 34 minutes to be exact and we only went over how to log on and off of the system.

We got our log ins and telephone extensions and usernames and passwords.

Training is for 5 hours a day M-F, and YES it is paid. You can choose AM or PM AM was I think 7-12 and PM was 6-11pm Eastern (that is what I chose). I begin training on Monday. But I am like can I endure this everyday for 5 hours for 2 weeks?? We will see .

You do get benefits 20-30% off merchandise and you accrue days off. We get paid evey other Friday. Other than that that is about it.

Wish me luck in continuing with this whole thing. That trainings for 5 hours for 10 days is sort of putting me off a bit. If nothing else I can try

This is sooo confusing... So you dont have to have a 2nd line?
