180+10 when it comes to split stays

I'm planning a late November trip and it's looking more and more like it's going to be a split stay, with a few days added to the front end.

When it comes to making ADRs, will I be able to book ALL of my ADR's from the check in date of the first reservation, even though it's only 2 days, or will I only be able to book the first two days, and then have to call back on the 180 day mark for the 2nd reservation to reserve the rest of our meals?

My experience in the past has been that when your 180 day window opens, you have access to ten (actually eleven) days for reservations, regardless of the length of your reservation. You could even be staying off-property or going home after a two-night stay and you'd still have the whole window open to you.

Having said that, a simple software modification could change that without needing to make any public announcement about a change in policy.

Since I think I have had a phone reservation agent limit me to the actual length of my stay, I think that might be the "formal" policy. However, the online reservation system has, at least at times in the past, not imposed such a restriction.

Bottom line - I guess I'm not saying anything that will really help you, since it's something that could change quickly and without notice.
