I ordered my 7 day tickets this morning. I don't have a Mastercard, but at the end of the ordering process I was offered a survery and by doing that survey I got a certificate for the $150. coupon book. Wanted to pass this on for the people who may not want to pay with MC. I am not sure if the survey is offered to everyone. It does only take a few minutes.

I did this survey too after I purchased my tickets online. I didn't pay with Mastercard either.

Is the coupon book legitimate or just some marketing gimmick? I'm wondering if the survey was some disguised timeshare thing and if by doing it/accepting the book, you are giving them permission to call you. Hopefully it's legit, but all the internet scams make me leery!

No, the survey was all about your online purchasing experience. It was done through the universal orlando website and gives a coupon with a number that you hand in to the universal store to pick up your booklet.

Does anyone know if the coupon book is only good for 2007? We are going to Orlando in May, 2008 and I'm thinking of getting our tickets already (would order on-line) to save on any upcoming increase to ticket prices. (I'll probably give Universal a call to confirm that I can order tickets now that will be good in May, 2008.)

I got the same type of offer but forgot to print off the confirmation number before I deleted it, will I still be able to get it at the park gate by using my contact info?

the coupons in the 2007 booklet expire 12/31/07

if you order and have them sent to you this year.

the tickets you order now and plan to use in 08 will still be valid.

Where do we pick up the coupon book at? What Store?

I bought my 7 day tickets three days ago. I assume they will still be valid when I go to Orlando in late '08 possible early '09? (If not, please tell me)

I think you have to hand in the coupon to get the booket. You would pick up the booklet at the Universal Studios Store or the Islands of Adventure Trading Company, not at the park gate.

Speaking of the $150 coupon books - does anyone actually know what coupons are in this book? Anything worthwhile?:confused3
Thanks!
