I survived the FOURTH!!! Whew!!!
I survived a 3 hour canoe tour (insert theme from Gilligan's Island here)
I mulched the house in Tennessee and signed with a new realtor!!!
I was officially asked to be a bridesmaid in my df's wedding October 1!!
Oh noooooooo! That means I have to LOSE this weight guys!!! No lollygagging now, I will be wearing a sleeveless dress!! I've got to get this flab off my arms!!! I'm committing to doing the arm exercises Oprah suggested on her 12 week boot camp...I'll do it EVERYDAY without cease!!! Anyone have tips on toning arms??? The canoeing was awesome..I thought I would be dead sore..but I really wasn't..so maybe my arms are going to handle some exercise pretty well...gonna try and swim more than just wade in the pool while the kids play.
Debra...PLEASE PLEASE stick around even into the 140's...I'm convinced that 145 is the weight I'll need to be at...so I need to see someone make it there!! You and Tera are my pilots!

AND GREAT PICTURE!!! Look at those calves!!! They are lean and taking you to new numbers!

You look sooo happy in the picture...isn't it great to be able to want to have your picture taken!!!
WELCOME BACK WE LOVE DIS!!! I know how discouraging it can be to see the scale go over 200 again...I had worked down to 178 last year and within a year had crept up to 202!!!

But with the WISH gang I am now knocking at 178 again and going all the way down to GOAL this time!!!! So come on in and let us help make you stronger and make that trip down a fun one!
Lesli!!! GOOSEBERRY PIE????

That sounds way too good!!! You did GREAT with your eating...and you got in a good fruit..I think a good fruit pie is always better than some fudgy fatty thing that I would have opted for!! All those antioxidants in the berries will make you healthy, wealthy, and wise! I definitely would have had a piece of that. We had chess pie, chocolate fudge pie, and brownies for dessert...I skipped them all...but if there had been a blackberry cobbler I would not have been able to resist!
Lisa!!!

Hoping you're feeeling like this today
Tigercheer2009....WOW! What a great chicken salad!!! I need your recipe! I always forget chicken salad is an approved low carb eating...you helped me stay good at our celebration!

What? MACC/CHEESE not tasting good? Boy, that would be a pleasant surprise in my book....luckily we only had the Stouffer's frozen brand which does not tempt me at all. I had a cheeseburger with a white bread bun yesterday...the bun was my only cheat..I had deviled eggs as my side and no veggies besides the onion/lettuce on my burger...the only option was baked beans loaded with sugar so I had to avoid those. I also downed about 1/2 gallon of water after laying all that mulch in 90+ degree weather! OH NO!!! I hope your brother is alright!!! We didn't escape injury..dd (5) burned two fingers with a sparkler...luckily she slept most the 3.5 hour drive home. And yes, it is a holiday..those days don't count in my book...what is punky cake??? Sounds yummy!!! If there had been any homemade desserts (brownies out of the box don't count) then I would have had a piece....so don't loook back just look ahead with your great wisdom...come and babysit my kids!! They won't tie you up! But they may put curlers in your hair!
Worfiedoodles!!! Your actual 4th sounds sooo YUMMY!!! I, too have hip problems when I go for long times on the treadmill...I'm okay if I just stick to 30 minutes fast...but when I jump it up to 60 minutes I have pain right where my leg bone joins my hip bone...I don't seem to have that problem walking outdoors unless I go over 90 minutes walking...maybe switching it up and taking a break from the treadmill might help or taking an anti-inflammatory the night you do your long fast treadmill. Hope you're feeling better!
Linda!! YEAH for Cody!!! He'll be dragging you out more and more! And WAHHH for dd! That's miserable feeling stuck with no money in a foreign country...that happened to me in England and I had a dear friend who loaned me money...but I still felt compelled to just eat bread and water until I could pay her back....hoping your daughter is treating herself better!
Tracy!!!!! Everyone....really quiet, now....I think she is going to be our next 150'er!!!! We'll all sit with bated breath until you give us the signal!!!
I'm about to go weigh in...for my daily...I can tell TOM is any day now...bricks are in my chest....had too much diet coke yesterday trying to keep myself awake on the long ride home...I had to drive the 7 hours by myself yesterday because dh twisted his ankle on our canoe trip...which also meant he couldn't help with the mulch...so I'm hoping all the extra efforts I had to do yesterday will mean a good weigh in in spite of TOM.
ONWARDS & DOWNWARDS!!!
