WELCOME BACK DJ!!!! 4 pounds is really broken down into 2 categories...2 pounds of muscle that will burn 10 more calories per hour than you use to burn...and 2 pounds of water from eating higher sodium and/or fat laced foods...so oila..in less than 143 hours you should have mastered those pounds and said goodbye to them!

Atleast, that's how I like to look at it!

Hope you're doing a trip report!
Tara
Thanks Tara! I was prepared for the weight gain, and I am ready to get back to losing.
As for a trip report, well......let's see:
Thursday we arrived and checked in at 10:00 pm at CBR (our plane was delayed 2 hours due to storms in Orlando, so we basically checked in and went to bed).
Friday we went to TL for the first time. It was very nice! We did the new water roller coaster (Crush & Gusher) and it was great! Basically we went there first thing so the lines hadn't started getting long yet and we just walked and walked and walked up those stairs to get to the top. NOW here is what is SO neat.....I did it!!!! I actually walked up those stairs 3 times one right after the other with my family! Now I was little tired, BUT I had 44 less pounds that I was dragging up those stairs. All I could think of was that if I had done this in December (our last time at Disney), I would have went up once and then waited for the rest of my family to go the other two times. It was great to be able to join in!!!
It got busy at TL by 11:00 am (which I wasn't surprised because I was warned about this on the Theme Parks and Attractions Board). We we left after lunch.
That night we ate at Chef Mickeys for the first time. It was VERY good. If my twin DDs weren't turning 12 (meaning they will have to pay adult rates on our next trip for buffets) we would go again.
Saturday we moved to Boardwalk (I don't remember if I mentioned this, but we did resort hopping this time, so we moved pretty much every day to try out different resorts). We took out the water mice at the Beach Club marina that morning. It was FUN! I had never tried one of these before and I was a bit nervous, but we had a blast! We went down to MGM and took pictures from the water before we returned. Once the girls are 12 they can drive one themselves and they really want to do it again next year so they can drive!
After boating we went to DTD. We ate at the RFC (a tradition for us) and then we went into the new Goofy Candy Co. store. NOW what I LOVED was they have bags that you can fill up with Jelly Belly Jelly Beans and pay by the weight. I LOVED those jelly beans, so I got a bag and put in my different favorite jelly beans and when it weighed in, I only had 1/8th of a pound! I even ended up sharing them with my family, so I felt like I got to indulge without really going overboard.
After doing some shopping at the big
Disney store at DTD we went back to Boardwalk for some swim time (that is one cool waterslide at Boardwalk!).
That night I went to the "Dis Board Project X Illuminations Dessert Buffet Party". This was something organized by WebmasterPenny and it was great! We had a wonderful location, the weather was great and the desserts were fabulous!
Sunday we went and checked in at OKW. Our room wasn't ready yet, but that was OK because we headed over to AK and was there before they opened the gates. We went straight to Dinoland and spend the morning there. Then we had lunch and spent some time in Africa. Around 2:00 our room at OKW was ready so we went back for some swim time. The new slide there is a winner in my kids' book!
That night we headed over to MK. It ended up raining on and off a lot, but we still had fun. They postponed the fireworks for 20 minutes, but we did get to see them before heading home.
Monday we packed up and went to breakfast at AKL. We went to Boma for the buffet. WOW! That was a great breakfast! Again, if the girls weren't turning 12, we would go again! After breakfast we went to Disney's Vero Beach resort. It was about a 2 hour drive, but it is a great place! We all want to go back. The kids swam and played minature golf, and then went to the beach for awhile. They didn't go any of the kids' programs because they didn't want to lose out on their swimming time. That night we went shopping at the Vero Beach mall before hitting the sack.
Tuesday our day to go home, but our flight wasn't until 8:00 pm, so we still had lots of time. The girls talked their dad into letting them swim again that morning. We packed up our bags and put them in the car and then took the girls to the pool. We were able to talk to some other DVC members sitting near us (that is always fun). Around noon we headed out and went to north to the Kennedy Space Center. WOW! We thought the afternoon would be enough time to see it, but it really is an all day thing. We didn't get to do nearly as much as we would have liked, but we did get to see quite a bit in the 3 1/2 hours we were there.
After that we headed to the airport and came home.
NOW I am going through Disney Depression. I always feel blue when we get back from our trips. We have vowed to cut back to once a year (we spent WAY too much money the past couple years on travel and we have to cut back). We are going to start making spring break our Disney Trip time, so we will be going in 9 months (March). Right now that sounds so far away.
Anyway, that is my trip report. We had a great time. Now we are back in reality and ready to get back on track to that new body!
Thanks for all the support everyone! This is a great group! I'm so glad I found you here on WISH!
