Tara - I like your thinking
I was actually surprised I had gained so much since I thought I had done really well with my eating, didn't drink as much alcohol as I thought and got plenty of exercise walking up and down the stairs.
I will be doing a trip report and posting some pictures, just I'll give you a quick rundown.
Food was good, lots of choices. Rooms are small, but plenty big for the 4 of us and we were hardly there anyways. We were on deck 2, so not much swaying for us. I had trouble with my tummy the first night, but I think it was from all the excitement, not to mention the "few" drinks I had, the tylenol PM I took to help me sleep and that first meal (my tummy was rebeling). AFter that, we all slept great.
We did the 7 night western and it was way too short. We would do a 10 day next time and I would definitely cruise Disney even without the kids. They had tons of activites for adults. Our first stop was Key West, where we rented the electric cars. Drove around the island for about 2 hours and saw all the sights. Our next stop was Grand Cayman. We did the Stingray City excursion, which was alittle disappointing. The girls were FREAKED out with the stingrays (me too alittle) and the water was VERY choppy. Our third stop was Cozumel and we did a Disney excursion, Catarmaran, Snorkel and Beach tour and that was the BEST. The kids had a blast snorkeling, they had FREE margaritas

and we had great fun with the people we met through the DIS board.
Castaway Cay was the last and BEST stop. The weather was gorgeous, water was SO beautiful and those Conch coolers were YUMMY
We were so lucky to have the best weather through out the whole cruise, not too hot and not too cold (I have found that since I've lost the weight, I'm colder, so having the warmer temps was great for me).
Okay, think that's about it. I'll do a complete trip report for you guys to check out if you want. Would definitely do another cruise in a heartbeat
