Way to go Lisa!!!
Good morning Club 150! Boy, was I frustrated yesterday! I weighed in at home and weighed 204 which means I held steady for the week. I went to my grandma's house last night (she has a digital scale) and I weighed in at 215.5!
I'm not sure whose scale is "accurate" , but I have had enough! I have worked out for over a year now and I have been "maintaining" a weight that I am not happy with. I think it has to do with my food choices. So, in the near future, DH and I are going on the South Beach Diet. I will be making some other changes as well: no eating after 8:00 p.m., drinking tons of water, and bumping up my exercise a notch. I want this weight gone!

But you're right...regardless of the scale we all need to get to a healthy and manageable weight. I went off WISH last year to deal with life (still haven't sold our house! UGH) and realized I need to live healthy regardless of what's going on around me. South Beach Diet really works for me....it made me very conscious of how much crud I put into my body...how few vegetables I put in and how much all the ketchup and sauces add up!

He is going to give me a month to see how I do with the exercise and healthy eating.........My next D-Day is March 24.....need to see results by then or else he told me he would be giving me a "swift kick in the no know where"
I am in my 4 week crunch for my weekend in the mountains with hubby.
CONGRATS ON THE 160's!!!!! And you just didn't sneak in you SANK into the 160's!
