Good Morning!
I guess things are getting better. I did not eat after dinner, no snacks yesterday, and I spent 80 minutes on the TM. I'm calling that a successful day.
Today I'm going to strive for no snacks and some more time on the TM. I feel a loss coming on!
Debra -- If I were you I would have danced around the house when those shorts were too big! Here's wishing you a super
tomorrow! I hope it is everything you are hoping for, and sets the stage for your fabulous cruise! We're going to miss you, and we hope you have the time of your life!
Linda -- Don't be too depressed if you don't see a loss quickly. My body holds everything for TOM next week!
Kim -- Those cheddar cheese biscuits are good. I haven't had one in years. We don't have Red Lobster in Boston, so I guess you could say I gave them up by default. It sometimes helps me if I write down what I plan to eat before I go. Somehow seeing it in black and white makes it harder to answer the siren song of foods gone wild!
Dona -- Great job getting back into exercise! It is very generous of you to let your vacation money go on a trip without you! DH and I try to do occasional trips with buddies, and it is a good thing for everybody. I'm sure you will enjoy your peace and quiet while they are gone.
Kathy -- That was so thoughtful of you to write from DW! I hope you are having fun even with your foot issues, and you will have plenty of good stories to tell when you get back.
Tracy, Jen, & everyone else -- Have a super losing day!
Maria
