I just booked a 15 passenger from May 2-11 at about 500 USD. Do you think this was good price. I am now on the prowl for some discount coupons with Alamo to bring the price down. I have every credit card possible and will be getting my AP.

What other discounts could I use? I used rentalcarsaver without any discounts for the rate right now.

Does your rate include damage waivers, also called insurance? Many credit card coverages and personal auto policies exclude that size van. You may get a surprise if you have to add it when you pick up the vehicle

Will you actually have "15" passengers? The reason I ask is that there is very little room for baggage behind the last row of seats (at least not 15 passengers worth). If you can give up some seats, they might be able to remove a row to allow more luggage.

also if you have no driven that size of van before I would try to get try one before you get to Disney. very different feel to parking esp when pulling between cars and backing out of a parking space. pp is right about not much room behind last row of seats. if not using all rows of seats for passengers, I would use row behind driver for suitcases as it is easier to remove them from there as to getting them by the rows of seats

Right you are and you cannot remove those seats to make extra room.

It is a good price, however, they rarely, if ever, discount that rental. Join Insiders, it's free, and you might get 10% off, plus a free additional driver.
You might also want to look and see what restrictions and other things might be necessary. Give them a call. I know you have to sign a waiver of some sort (never paid attention to that, sorry) and insurance restrictions your policy may have for that rental. I would call my insurance company and credit card companies.
