The trees are starting to be sent. For the tree donors, as well as anyone who wants to ship anything to your resort, here is the thread that tells you all you need to know. It includes addresses for every resort on property.

BWV Trees #1 and 2 shipped today. Very low sign up this year.

WDW has just implemented a $5 handling fee for all packages delivered to WDW guest rooms or handled through the front desk of the resort. This will likely affect all trees next year, not just those at resorts that have a business center.

Will that impact trees that are dropped off and picked up at bell services, too? Or, will this policy just apply to packages that are mailed to a resort?

What I read indicated that the fee was for packages that came from UPS or FedEx and went through the front desk or were delivered to the room. There was no mention of bell services specifically. I thought this might mean that the first family would have to pay the fee, but I am not sure. We will have to wait and see how this plays out.

Oh so glad I stumbled upon this thread. Do you coordinate for the same resort every year? Right now booked at OKW for 12/15-12/24 - will keep an eye out for the new thread for 2017. This is exciting and fun!

The new thread should be out in mid July, after I get back from Aulani!

My tree goes where it is needed. I have ornaments for BLT, SSR, and OKW.

An FYI for any new posters: if you are new to DISboards, you cannot send or receive private messages until you have at least (I think) 10 posts. If you want to participate in the Christmas tree exchange, you need to get your post count up.
