If she's cremated, isn't that destroying the evidence? I would think that they'd have to have an autopsy to pursue any lawsuit. Although I guess it goes both ways...IF they were responsible for the bleeding in some way, like feeding her (big huge enormous IF that happened, ok?) then they may not want the autopsy.
And at this point, would a crematorium follow through with the cremation in such a high profile case? I wonder if you need some kind of paperwork from a coroner saying the body has been released for cremation.
You do need a death certificate, among other things. And in Jahi's case, the death certificate says that the cause of death is pending an autopsy...crematorium would have a problem on their hands if they cremated the remains under these circumstances.
