12th floor CR questions!

DH and I will be going in November to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. We are staying at the CR on the 12th floor which is limited conceirge. We stayed on the 14th floor during our honeymoon. Has anyone ever stayed on both and can offer the comparison? I believe the 12th floor was less expensive and the 14th floor wasn't available.

We did a lot of research for our trip last summer, thanks to these boards and I believe there is a significant difference between 12 & 14. My understanding is that breakfast items and limited afternoon snacks are the only offerings on 12. While "full concierge" including tea and evening coridals are offered on 14. Someone else may post with more details and links. We actually saved money when we switched to the Poly from CR 12 last August.
