12th and 14th Floor Contemporary Questions

The rack rates for June are $435 for the 12th floor and $540 for the 14th floor. What is the difference between the two floors?

Are they ever discounted? And if so, what are some past rates you've gotten?

We are booked for this Thu & Fri and next Sat on the 12th floor (Tower Club) for $249/night.

Last sep I had the 12th fl for 188 a night. its limited concierge and it closes at 4-430pm daily, whereas the 14th is open till 10 pm. I'd do it again if I could get another great rate like I got last time! In fact I'm going to try for next jan/feb if I can get that rate.

Wow, when I look at those prices I really feel happy. Don't know where we will be, I'm sure not the best room possible, but I am going with my daughter in May and she just got a rate of $66 a night. She is in the Marines and since Shades of Green is closed that is where they put her. What is usually the lowest rate? I have stayed at 6 other Disney properities but never there.

tstobb - that sounds like a really good rate. I'm hoping for something similar in June.

A kid - How did you get such a great rate?

markey - $66 is an awesome rate for CR! I'm not sure if you are aware but SOG transfers aren't in the tower, they are over in the North Building (we had friends stay there and really enjoyed it!). Have a great time!

taylor1293 - my daughter faxed me the reservation. And yes it is thewing which I am sure for the convience to the MK with a 2 year old it will be great. The total for 8 nights including taxes is $586. She is a sgt.(E5) and that is the rate. The rates are charged according to rank.
