Sounds like you're doing great with exercise. It's funny how the pain we sometimes feel after weight training can actually feel good!!! Good job on monitoring those calories. You're getting into a great rhythm there! Keep up the great work! 

Don't get too down on yourself about the gain. I'd bet that most, if not all, of us have been there. You're getting right back on track so you should be proud. It's a tough time of year and you're still trying. Be proud!!! Have a great week!
