you can do it. it will take you a few days to get into the routine. just make sure you do some sort of exercise today.
i will excerise this afternoon when i get home from work. my meals and snacks are all planned for today.

Congrats on the pound lost!!! Sounds like you're doing great with exercise. It's funny how the pain we sometimes feel after weight training can actually feel good!!! Good job on monitoring those calories. You're getting into a great rhythm there! Keep up the great work!
Good job on getting to the gym. I know exactly what you mean about exercise. You feel so good after doing it, and you know how good it is for your body, but getting it in can be trying at times. For me, watching the numbers on the scale go DOWN helps me put on those running shoes. Hope you have a great weekend!
