$12 Heartgard Rebate

I found this through a banner ad on the disboards and thought I'd share. If you click here: http://heartgard.com/ofr.asp and then click the button under "Special Offers" in the middle of the page where it says "click here for money saving coupon" there is a form to fill out for a $12 rebate check. You have to buy 12 doses of Heartgard "of the same product at ONE time" and it has to be bought at your vet clinic (so I don't think buying through an online store would be applicable). The receipt has to be dated before 12/31/12 and the rebate has to be received on or before 3/1/2013. There is a section on the form for the vet's office to fill out.

I have received this rebate many times. You do not get a rebate check, you get a prepaid Visa card for the rebate amount.

Just a little update as this irritated me a little bit. I went to our vet's office to get the pups' heartgard and asked them to fill out the "vet's portion" of the rebate form after I asked for a year's supply and she pulled out one that she had behind the counter that was already filled in. I found it irritating since they didn't even mention it when I told her what I was buying.
