We loved Boma! The food was really good. I especially loved the ham and cheese omlet, and I normally hate cheese in my eggs. For starters - DH liked the french toast a lot. I had that from in-room dining on our anniversary - and it is very good. The muffins were OK. They werent that great. The cinnamon roll, both DH and I agree that it was just OK as well. We love cinnamon rolls that are soft, warm and have a lot of cinnamon flavor. These werent soft, but werent hard either, they were cool and they tatsed pretty bland. We both agree that the Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls I make every Sunday morning were better then these. Outside that, everything else was very good!
We went back to DTD that day after breakfast and washing our clothes. We had lunch at Earl of Sandwich. At first we were gonna go to Wolfgang Puck right next to EoS, but then DH decided he rather have a sub. So we went and checked out the menu at EoS, and decided to go there.
Cannonballs Sub $5.75 each, Chips $1.25 each and Orange Powerade $2.50 each - We both got the same things
TOTAL INCLUDING TAX & AAA Discount $17.39
The subs were pretty good. DH said he thought they were better then subway. We will go back to EoS sometime, but probably not next trip as I wanna try Wolfgang Puck and T-Rex Cafe.
Right before we left DTD to go back to AKL to get ready for dinner, we stopped by Goofys Candy Co. I told DH one of my main goals that trip was to go to Goofys to get something made. So we did. What we got were really good. I just wish I could say the same thing about the service. There was 1 guy who was making the candy apples and marshmellows and 1 girl making the pretzels. The guy was pretty quick on getting DH candy apple done. He was doing a huge order before he started doing DH's and their order took about 15 minutes to complete. But mine - OMG. The girl was soooooooo slow! She was doing others, and then when she went to pick up my order slip, she stopped to talk to some other customers for 15 minutes!!! FINALLY, she started to dip my pretzels into chocolate, left them and then the guy who did DH's apple took over and finished doing my order. I was not happy at all. I was getting impatient, cuz time was running out, we had to get back to AKL soon for dinner. We went in there at 5pm, and didnt get out of there until 5:45pm! It was crazy.
Mine - Pretzel Rods - Dipped in Milk Chocolate and rolled in crushed M&Ms
DH - Candy Apple - Dipped in Milk Chocolate and rolled in crushed M&Ms
Sorry I cant remember how much they were and I dont have the receipt, but altogether it came to about $8.00 - $10.00 for both.
We had a dinner ADR for Jiko at 7:30pm.

We also got soda $2.19 each and DH got a Beer (Bud) $4.25
TOTAL INCLUDING TAX & TIP $110.00
Jiko means The Cooking Place in swahili. It needs to be called Ajabu mahali meaning The Amazing Place. I have never tasted anything so good in my life then what we tasted that night! The only other time I can say it was just as good as Jiko was Teppan Edo. But thats for another review. The appitizer was sooooooooooo good! And the Filet's...they were cooked well done, but let me tell you, they were still so moist and not dried out, the flavor was out of this world! I wanted to order another Filet when I finished mine!

The mac and cheese was also very good as well. I didnt care for the sauce at all and was glad I asked for it on the side. DH also asked for his on the side as well, but he ended up liking the sauce so he dipped his filet into the sauce each time he took a bite. Will we go back to Jiko - you bet your life on it! Jiko is one of our favorite places to dine at. Next time, I might need to make 2 ADRs for Jiko!
