I am glad it is the weekend!!!!
Time for rest and relaxation. Tomorrow we leave the kid with the sitter and wander off to do adult things. Fun.

oh i mean i can go to Palo's on the holiday cruise. lol. I will van Boo out to the west coast. My mom said she is going to find a big van to take her out there. Most likely she will probably pay a race trainer to take her out. They have huge horse vans. I don't want to take a tiney 2 horse out. She will have no company and the trip will be misserable. Garry, you did not tell me you were thinking of retiring. Must have slipped your mind. I go back to PA tomorrow, but won't really be home until monday b/c of the flight time and time zone changes. hehe. Glad your back stacey. Don't know where you went, but hey... glad your back. Tell gregg happy birthday from us garry.

UPDATE: I have the database set up so i can imput everybody's email addy into the database and then send out mass emails. cool beans huh?

well, i must be going. got a movie to watch.

Fine! I'm up...are you happy now? The pot of coffee here sat on the burner so long, it tastes like TAR!

DH decided to run new venting stuff in the attic. Not a big deal, doesn't concern me, right??

WRONG!

I woke up as he was tossing all of my treasured THINGS that I keep in the storage room....all over my bedroom. Now I have a bigger job to do than laundry. And he's just a tad upset at all the THINGS I have kept in the storage room all these years.
Hey...they are good THINGS. And they are MY THINGS! He shouldn't have gone in there. But it's the only way into the attic.

Is it Monday yet??? Can he go back to work now????

oh sorry. I got in at like 2:30 this morning. Had lots of problems with the flights home. Don't even ask unless you want a really LONG post. haha. Still had to go to school this morning on 2 1/2 hours of sleep. NOT COOL. well, i am going back to sleeping on the desk.

Morning all!!

Yes, it is now Monday. Back to school for the kids and back to work for the rest of us, ugh. Tonight I have to go to Indianapolis to have dinner with some clients that are in town. oh well.

Thursday is picture day at school and dd does not want to have her picture taken. She hates her hair and we haven't a clue what to do with it. She has really curly hair and she had it cut short this summer. Now it is puffy on top. She wishes she had thick straight hair like her friends but that ain't going to happen. Oh well, poor kid.

And the cat keeps pooping in the study instead of her litter box. She is 17 so I suspect it is old age. Poor thing. What a way to start the week, though.

Well, time to think about heading to work, etc..

gaRry - I had to get Jeanne from her senior retreat. She had a very nice time. May not get to go next year cause of the 11 night Wonder.

Yes, Jen, I would like to hear the horror story about your flights.

okay you asked for it...

So we get to the Oraneg County/John wayne Airport at 12. There is an hour long line to check in at United, but we found some automated kiosks for passengers without checked luggage. So there is an hour saved. Then we go into the security line. We wait about an hour to pass through security. Finally get through to find out the weather is bad in Chicago and we can't take off. Scheduled departure time, 1 1/2 hours late. We will miss our connection if it is on time. After about a 1/2 hour they announce that we can board in 15 mintues. After 20 more minutes, they announce they need 24 volunteers to give up their seets in coach for the first class passengers. Seems that some really really really old (i am talking 105 years old) guy pooped all over the first class cabin and it was unusable. We wait another 45 minutes before boarding, and then sat another 20 on the plane before it finally took off. Didn't make up much time in the air. We were an hour and a half late into Chicago, so traffic control gave up our gate. Had to wait another 20 minutes to get a gate. My mom and i run the hell to the gate for the harrisburg flight, convinced it would have already left. We get to the gate, and the plane ISN'T EVEN THERE YET! we wait another 2 hours before it gets there. Finally we get home. We were in travels for over 12 hours. not fun. lol. bye all.

well heres the story I started too gut out the bath room had a leaking TUB not pipe or drain the TUB so ripe out cabinets flooring and YES TUB too.

this way I get A new bathroom DO tile around the tub and floor add a linen cabinet YES and repaint it too.

THIS IS FUN
