jEn, I am about an hour and 1/2 from Disneyland. Not sure where Villa Park is. I would love to meet up with you. Lets keep in touch about it.

Well Stacey...I need to buy season passes to DL so that when you come out here I can drive up and meet you for a couple of rides.

Oh Pooh Luver we are going Sunday morning. Go early. The park opens at 9 and that way you can be out of there or at least done with the walking part by noon and eating a soft serve icecream. See the lions, there's a new baby giraffe, some baby rhinos, and Vusmusi the baby elephant. oh its so doe doe doe,as my husband would say.
We have a birthday party at noon so it will be a quick trip for us. Kira is asking to see all the animals by name so I have to take her. "see the gorillas, the giraffs,the zebras, the lions,the monkeys..." she goes on and on.

Hey happy friday everybody, I'm about to lose it here at work again. Does it look bad to walk out on a job because of boredome?

GaRry, it took us an hour to get boo in the 18-wheeler. She had to be hobbled, tied up with a neck rope and drug into the trailer. She cut herself up real bad, but i am sure she is fine. I hope she likes her "home away from home" hehe. The trainers are going to work the crap out of her i hope. She needs some manners.

Yes lets definetly keep our datebooks open Denise. I would love to put faces with names. hehe.

OMG! in the last 2 weeks i have worked 57 hours! talk about the hot paycheck i got today. hehe. Well i am going for a swim. Take care all.

Thanks for letting me know what time the park opens, we will be there at 9:00. If you see a short, wide, blonde lady with her son who is almost as tall and brown hair and complaining his feet hurt (he gets it from his Dad) stop us to say hi because we will be there on Sunday morning. I can't wait to see all the baby animals, it sounds wonderful.

I don't know how....but it appears as though the fires may have finally been put out. I hope I don't jinx myself with that. They were headed back over the ridge and straight toward us late yesterday and last night. Today, I can't even see any smoke, let alone flames! Thanks for the prayers!

Good Morning everyone!
Hope everyone is having a good weekend. My "baby" turns 13 tomorrow. Now I'll have a house full of teenagers.
My DS started his in car driving with an instructor this past week and on the first day out he got hit! Nothing serious but they wanted to try and blame him because the lady that hit him worked at the sherrif's dept. They ended up not ticketing him. We would have fought it if they did.
Stacey--glad to here the good news.
Jen--my kids start school on August 19th! Not much of a summer for them.
