The kids are all off to school and Morgan seems to be doing fine...she is laughing and doing her homework and going to bed on time and no back talking....I'm sure as she gets more brocken in and loosens up she will be acting like a typical teen...

To be honest I think she loves all the attention...she gets a great Breakfast everyday, I check on her and her HW, She is dropped off and picked up from school...she gets lots of hugs and I goof off with her as I do the boys and she sees that I ride Michael and Branden about school work and such. A good dinner and a family atmosphere.

Friday is Family Movie night and we will make our own Tacos...she smiled when I told her that. She has no phone for 1 month and all her phone numbers have been deleated of all her friends so when she does get it back she wont be able to call them. She does not know there # by memory and they have no computers and no homephones...

She has also made some friends one of which is Reggie Bushes little brother...a straight "A" student and a great kid...this is feed back by the councler.

As for the 201 and 2012 cruises...I say be there or be square!!!!

well hope your all well and I will keep you up on the scoop with my niece...may take her up to the snow this weekend cause it is snowing in our local mountains about 45 minutes away...even if we just go up to Julian to get some yummy pies....

Hey all....

My DIS has been so slow today that it's hardly been worth posting...

I like Fantasy best, but didn't Carnival steal that one? Can they both use it? It applies more to Disney!
I also thought of Dream.

I like Wishes.

I would love to see these with a pirate theme, but can't see them getting away from the Magic/Wonder type name. Does the Disney "Hottie" sound right? Oh....I just can't wait to see period!

Must keep thinking....

And the delay on points thing is not a surprise to me. I've tried to book early with points and been told no. At least they told you they would hold your reservation....I didn't get that much. The points is just a pesky little detail to them...

Robin, hope all continues to go well with your new teenager. I'm confused about the smilies too, but I'll have to teach you the shortcut I learned for my favorites. Where did go anyhow?

Hey JR, hope all is well in your part of the world. Did you get all the snow and ice? We got some ice last night but then it turned to rain and never got cold enough to freeze so we have lots of huge puddles and melting snow.

We are sitting ducks for the snow storm that is supposed to hit here tonight and tomorrow - I am so not looking forward to the drive to work!!!

I am desperately trying to get onto the repositioning cruise in August but it is all full. I tried the first day and couldn't get through. Then I wrote an e-mail and by the time Disney responded all the cabins were gone----bummer.

In 13 days I will be on Disney Magic at Key West- I am trying to wrap my head around another trip so quickly followig the X-mas cruise and I haven't even started to pack yet. Just finished painting Kimberly's room - she wanted Little Mermaid and we bought a new bed from Bombay Kids - I hear they are closing that department.

I hope you are all well.

Denise, you lucky girl!!! DH has announced that he won't do anymore Caribbean cruises, period. Ugh.

Ahhh...he'll soften after awhile. He seemed to be having a good time, why would he not go again? Guess it will have to be a mother/daughter event from now on!

Hi everyone, haven't checked in for a few days. Haven't had much time to DIS and one of the "regulars" in the WPASADI threads, a really funny 43 year old man passed away. He had a heart attack, went to the hospital, was home for several days, then had his second and fatal heart attack. When I've been on line I've been checking in over there...those that want to are doing something for him. j

Between the kids sport schedules and me getting a little behind around here because of Bunco and Dave being gone all last week, my weekend was a blur. Sometimes I love Mondays when everyone leaves the house again and I can gather my thoughts. (Of course, I don't love the getting up that morning part! )

We missed the storms everyone is having, just got some substantial rain Saturday night into yesterday morning. Hope you all are faring well!

We did get the snow and ice Saturday afternoon, but luckily it held off until after we were home from morning kids' run-around. We got more overnight Saturday and then about 2" of snow yesterday afternoon and evening, so I had snowblower duty this morning so Janie could get out of the house. Thanks for asking about us!

I expect rooms will open up for the repo cruise -- people will cancel when they either can't afford it or dates come out for 2009 and they decide they'd rather to that.
